Vår stuga är en underbar plats för en lugn tillflyktsort för två eller ett familjeäventyr. Det är 2800 + sq ft. inkluderar tre sovrum, ett sovloft med två queen futons, ett andra loft med en glas kupol för stjärna stirra, tre fulla badrum plus en fåfänga område med handfat, ett land kök med hickory skåp och alla nödvändiga apparater, krukor, kokkärl, redskap och tillbehör. Matbordet sitter 8 personer plus det finns en frukostbar. Den dramatiska 23 "katedralen trä tak och fulla höjd windows i det stora rummet utsikt över en skog av Ponderosa tallar och ekar bortom det stora trä däck. Utsökt belysning speglar exceptionell arkitektonisk design! Den stora Master Suite har en king size-säng, en sittgrupp med en gaspanna, dörrar som leder ut till däck, hans & hennes garderober, badrum med glasdocka, trädgårdsbadkar och dubbel fåfänga. Beläget från sovrummet finns två gästrum med queen size-sängar, ett badrum plus en separat handfat och fåfänga och ett tvättstuga med allt du behöver. Nämnde jag roosten på toppen av spiraltrappen ovanför loftet? Naturljuset häller ner spiralen som lyser upp i mitten av hemmet. Stugan är perfekt för stargazing eller titta på snöflingor som faller från himlen. Terry & Lil konstruerade och byggde hemmet och det är verkligen en underbar plats att vara under alla årstider, det är dramatiskt men väldigt mysigt. Hemmet är beläget med nord syd orientering och det sitter på en stor hörn mycket i ett mycket lugnt område i Pinetop Country Club i Cinder Mountain området.

"Stugan" ligger i ett lugnt område i Pinetop Country Club bara några minuter från golf, tennis, ett ridcenter, fiskesjöar, vandringsleder, underbara restauranger i Pinetop med allt från italienska till kinesiska och en landsmarknad. Sunrise Ski Park ligger bara 25 minuter bort och Honda Casino ligger 15 minuter i öster. Det finns köpcentra, inklusive stora stormarknader inom 20 minuters bilresa söderut. Det är en utmärkt plats att komma ifrån värmen och liv och rörelse i stadslivet och har fortfarande bekvämligheter nära till hands.

Great mountain retreat

Great mountain cabin in the woods. Large deck to enjoy the mountain air and wildlife. Very responsive and gracious hosts. We would love to stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this comfy house, with all the amenities.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is surrounded by beautiful trees. It was so serene, yet close to the quaint town, Pinetop. It also had easy access to multiple trails.

Great getaway!

The house was exactly as the pics on the website and felt just like being at home. Everything well stocked to meet all of our needs. Definitely would like to return again (and stay longer!)

Weekend getaway

My family and I were looking for a great place to escape the heat, and this cabin was it. Our stay was relaxing and the homeowners made sure we had everything we needed. Great communication and a wonderful property for family gatherings! Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Wonderful Cabin

The cabin was incredible and the owners made it extremely easy to rent. . The White Mountains have always held a special place in our hearts and when you have such a great place to stay it makes it even more memorable. Thank you again for the use of your property.

Surprise ‘beat the heat’ getaway

Beautiful property…spacious clean home which was very comfy for 2 couples and a single person! We enjoyed the area golfing, hiking and exploring and had a beautiful place to retreat to every evening! The kitchen was well stocked with more than adequate essentials and the deck was divine! The owners were exceptional! Lil was very helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

A great retreat

The five of us had a great stay over memorial day weekend at Terry and Lils cabin. Everything was as described, and the owners are very easy to work with. Other than some cobwebs in very high, almost unreachable places, the cabin was spotless. We had a great time, it was very relaxing, and the group built some great memories. We would recommend this to others.

Great stay!!

Spacious place even with 2 toddlers and 6 adults. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our trip. Great location and nice area to walk with a stroller - on one route - otherwise nice hilly climb the other way. Nice pool table but we never got to use as we played board games. Would recommend renting again- owner very responsive.

Birthday trip to Pinetop

Terry and Lil have a wonderful home in Pinetop. From the moment we opened the door we were very pleased. The home was exactly as pictured, immaculate, and both Terry and Lil were very helpful when we had a couple of questions. I would highly recommend this home and look forward to coming back again.

Everything and more!

Pinetop is always a wonderful town to go to escape the heat of the Valley during the summer. Terry and Lil's place made it even better. Everything was clean, organized, and well-explained. The home was stocked with everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed. We highly recommend this lovely cabin, and hope to return in the future.

Cool House

In addition to being friendly, efficient owner/hosts, Lil and Terry have a cool house with lots of character located in a beautiful neighborhood in Pinetop. The perfect spot for a family vacation any time of the year with private bedrooms, a fascinating loft, spacious deck, well-supplied kitchen, and a great room with home theater and a pool table. Girls weekend

We had a lovely time. The house has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes, pots and pans. Bedrooms and baths were exactly as pictured and very clean. Just one thing…if you go during the ‘hot’ season for this area, the loft area is really to warm to sleep in. It would be fabulous in the winter. We would rent it again without hesitation.

Beautiful Country Home!

The Web listing doesn’t do this home justice. It is truly an amazing house. Lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you might need. The neighborhood is very pretty and filled with tall trees. The house is so very well designed. We loved the view from the living room up through the loft to the glass dome. We could view the stars at night and watch the rain coming down through the trees. The home was very clean and the attention to detail was impressive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Surrounded by nature but close to town

Our family has truly enjoyed get away to pine forest and privacy of this cabin made it even more special. Multi level floor plan of this cabin has allowed everyone to have a personal space as well as spend time together in a spacious living room with large windows that bring nature in. We especially appreciated all the extra supplies one may need but not able to bring it all for a trip and were encouraged to use it if needed. Upper level dome shape skylight was a treat to watch stars and bond with teenagers :) We would love to return again soon. Thank you Lil for your close communication and helpful reminders.

Friends Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in Pinetop beating the heat in Phoenix. The house was good for 3 couples. Loft was too hot to use. Enjoyed the cold tap water and strong water pressure in the house. Bed mattresses could be better. Fun game nights at the large kitchen table. Enjoyed playing golf at Pinetop Lakes CC and visited the Petrified Forest. The raptor training in the afternoon at the nature center was very interesting. Recommend The Pasta House and Charlie Clark’s Steakhouse for dinner, and Darbi’s Cafe for breakfast.

Wonderful mountain retreat!

We had a wonderful stay at Lil & Terry's beautiful home! The kitchen/dining room/living room area was wonderful for preparing meals and all being able to be together as a group. We enjoyed the pool table, large gas grill, and especially the deck for happy hour every evening! Lil was just wonderful to work with and promptly responded to my many questions both before and during out stay. The kitchen was so well-equipped and there were plenty of towels, hangers, etc. that are sometimes lacking in Vrbo properties. The master retreat was very comfortable and the home has amazing water pressure - always nice in the shower! Don't miss Darbi's Cafe for the BEST applewood smoked bacon EVER! It may be worth the drive from Tucson just for that bacon! Thanks for sharing your home, Terry & Lil!

Lovely house in a gorgeous forest

Wonderful, responsive owners of a near perfect vacation cabin. Older folks need to realize that this is a multi-level house that involves stairs. Otherwise, almost nothing is lacking for a marvelous stay. Attractive setting, attractive house. What more to ask?

Terry, my architect husband, designed our cabin in 1997 and we built it in 1998. We have had some wonderful family times there as well as great fellowship and lots of fun with friends! As musicians and songwriters, we have found the peace and tranquility conducive to creating new music.. Our Pinetop home has truly been a blessing and recently have chosen to share it with others. We encourage you to enjoy our home, recharge your spirit and make some memories of your own:-)

We chose this lot to build on because of it's quiet location away from the traffic of the country club and it's north-south orientation with perfect natural lighting quality. Sited on a corner, the home has outstanding privacy from its neighbors and has several giant Ponderosa pines and a stand of lovely Oak trees that change with the seasons. You will love it!

Pinetop is the essence of Arizona's White Mountains, or 'The Mountain', as it is referred to locally. It is a beautiful little town located at the edge of the Mogollon Rim in the heart of the largest Ponderosa pine forest in the world. Trout lakes, streams and meadows abound. Elk, deer and black bear thrive here and there are alpine forests of Fir and Spruce just minutes away at the higher elevations to the east. You will find the local people to be warm, genuine and helpful to visitors. The ambience hearkens back to a simpler America with traditional values and a quiet sense of security and comfort. We have always enjoyed the Classic car show held each October at the golf driving range of Pinetop Lakes Country Club which is within walking distance of our home. It's like going back to a simpler time.
