A. Premium 3 Mobile Home, Adria Holiday - Villaggio San Francesco

The Premium 3 Mobile Homes will allow you to enjoy a wonderful holiday, without compromising on any home comforts. With their ample spaces and two bathrooms, they are perfect for large families. The large sliding glass door makes it feel like you are truly immersed in nature.

The Premium 3 Maxi-Caravans are located in two different areas of the green pine forest of the San Francesco Village. The first is on a side road, a stone's throw from the pedestrian area and around 50 metres from the beach. The second is in a central location on Via Belvedere, around 100 metres from the beach.

The accommodation has an internal floor area of around 35 square metres and consists of:
- Bright living area with corner sofa, table and chairs, flat screen TV and air conditioning;
- Kitchen with 4-ring hob, sink, island with two stools, fridge-freezer, pans and crockery, microwave oven, electric coffee maker;
- 1 Room with double bed (150 x 195 cm) with orthopedic base;
- 2 Twin Rooms, each with 2 separate beds (75 x 195 cm) with orthopedic bases;
- 2 Full Bathrooms with spacious shower, WC and sink. Ceramic fixtures, hot and cold water. The first bathroom is accessed from the living area, the second from the double room;
- Wooden veranda of around 10 square metres, paved and covered, with garden table and chairs.


The Premium 3 Mobile Home sleeps a maximum of 6 adults.


The bench of the living room table converts into the seventh bed. It is possible for a camping cot to be placed in the living area.

Parking for one car is available next to each mobile home.

No pets allowed.

Included in the price:
- a stay for all guests up to the maximum permitted occupation;
- access to the open beach;
- access to the four pools;
- Samarcanda Entertainment (age 3 and over);
- use of water, electricity and gas;
- parking for 1 car.

Not included in the price:
- Use of air conditioning €1.00 Kw/h;
- Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen;
- final cleaning;
- tourist tax.

Deposit: €100.00 (in cash)

End-of-stay cleaning: we ask that you leave the mobile home clean and tidy at departure. It is also possible to book an end-of-stay clean at a cost of €40. If the mobile home is not left in good condition at check-out, €40 will be deducted from the deposit.

For stays of fewer than 7 nights, the charged end-of-stay cleaning service is compulsory.

Guests are nonetheless asked not to leave dirty plates in the sink or rubbish inside the mobile home.

Arrival and departure days
- every day from 28.04.2022 to 02.06.2022 and from 11.09.22 to 25.09.2022;
- Tuesday, Thursday e Sunday from 03.06.2022 to 11.09.2022.

Minimum stay:
- 2 nights from 28.04.22 to 19.05.22;
- 3 nights from 20.05.2022 to 05.06.2022 and from 12.06.22 to 25.09.22;
- 7 nights from 05.06.2022 to 12.06.2022.

Check in: from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Check out: from 7:00 am to 9:30 am

Beach equipment included per accommodation:
- 1 portable beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs and/or director's chairs.

Available for hire:
- Bedlinen and towels. Single Set (1 Person) - 2 single sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. Price: €25.00.
- Camping Cot 1,00 Euro/day
- Pushchair 1,00 Euro/day
- Highchair 1,00 Euro/day

We require these services to be booked at least 7 days before arrival.

Pets: not allowed.
