There is also a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower, which also provides access to the terrace. Another bedroom on this level has a French bed (160 cm). The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet, a bath/shower/toilet combination, and a double hand-basin. The house has electric heating.
