Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the ground floor, on hills 10 minutes by car from the city centre and the sea. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 armchair, 1 double bed, and 2 sofa beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, swimming pool, and private car park. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Apartment is accessible by stairs only.

A deposit of €250 is required to be deposited in cash or by credit card for any damages in the apartment during check in. The cash will be returned at check-out after checking the apartment and canceling the pre-authorization within 7 days of check-out.

 
The apartment has a private garage that can also be closed where you can place your bikes if you want. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
