The Mediterranean villa is located in Capdepera, near the bathing bay "Font de Sa Cala", and offers a privileged location thanks to a breathtaking view of the sea and of course the proximity to the beach.
The villa has around 360 mÂČ of living space, spread over three levels, a total of 5 double bedrooms (3x with a double bed and 2x with two single beds each) and a total of 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suite.... and therefore enough space for up to 10 Guests. On the middle level there is the living room with satellite TV and WiFi internet and sea views, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and three bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.
From the living room you have access to the impressive pool terrace with a private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and an enchanting 180 degree sea view. The villa is surrounded by more than 1,000 mÂČ of garden, with many other terraces and shady areas from which you can also enjoy the fantastic sea views.
The fourth bedroom with sea views, which is located on the third level, is accessed via the pool terrace. The fifth bedroom, also with sea views and its own en-suite bathroom, is on the lower level.
The small rocky bays and the beach of the well-known and popular bathing bay "Font de Sa Cala" can be reached on foot in just about 600 meters. The idyllic life around the fishing villages of Cala Ratjada and Capdepera can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The towns of Capdepera and Cala Ratjada offer various shopping opportunities, a beach promenade with tapas bars and numerous good restaurants, as well as a small yacht and fishing port. All in all, a property that everyone dreams of spending their vacation here

- The villa only has two air conditioning units, one in the upper level bedroom and another in the hallway between two bedrooms. The house also has portable fans and there is always a sea breeze.
- The complex of the villa is on several levels and has several stairs, therefore it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
