If you want to visit Lugano and the beauty of its lake, as a couple or as a family, or if you are on a business trip ROGGIA 9 is the perfect nest: this modern and tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment has the right spaces for your holiday or business stay!



The open space living room is composed of a kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, a dining area with a table for 4 and a TV area, with a lively yellow sofa that turns into a double bed for two at night for additional guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). This functional and bright room overlooks the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs: relax in this cozy corner while sipping a good Ticino wine at sunset, watching the green mountains and the city in motion! The master bedroom, with parquet flooring, has a large wardrobe for your wardrobe and overlooks another terrace. The apartment is completed by a colorful bathroom with a bathtub/shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
