A perfect stay in the Le Marche region

Our perspective of Casalantico di Rossi was much better than can be seen in the pictures above. The scenery surrounding the property looks like something from a postcard saying “visit Italy’s countryside”. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is relaxed and laid back, don’t look any further. This is the one you’re looking for. Luca was very accommodating when we arrived and was available pretty much anytime you needed (which was never). The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need to cook meals at home, etc. The pool was also very clean and well maintained as well as the grounds surrounding the property. We appreciated the available small washing machine and clothesline. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Though it is true that you need a car to easily access an agriturismo, Casalantico with its reasonable price, beautiful vistas and comfortable accomodations were very worth the cost of also renting a car. The geographic location also made day trips to the beach and cities around the region very easy. We’re already thinking about scheduling another visit to this area in the future.

Wonderful Hideaway

For a quiet, relaxing holiday Casalantico is just the right place. Located on a beautiful, tranquil hill that offers a nice view, Casalantico is perfect for someone that needs to get away from the bustle of a city. Except for the occasional tractor you wonÂŽt hear anything but the song of birds. My family (2 kids, 4 and 12) enjoyed the big garden and the free WLAN. The grown-ups were happy about the well-equipped kitchen (including an oven) and the nicely decorated rooms as well as the cleanliness of the apartment. ThereÂŽs even an iron and a washing mashine, which may come in handy if youÂŽve got small kids. Luca, the caretaker, treated us with a bottle of wine and a loaf of bread as welcome gift and free coffee. For a German family, the only downside was that the satellite TV featured only one German channel (ARD) and two English ones (CNN, BBC News). If you speak Arabian or French you will find plenty of channels that will suit your taste. As we spend out Easter vacation there we were also happy to have a good heating system. Luca, the caretaker, was really friendly and cooperative. He even helped me (I donÂŽt speak Italian) to get my car fixed again, when I had a flat tire and needed to have it replaced. One more thing that may not be to everyoneÂŽs liking: Due to the construction of the floors, you may give your neighbours some rest by moving around quietly. The positive aspect is: if you put your kids in the loft, you will be able to hear every move they make. Nevertheless, we can definitely recommend Casalantico as a place to stay: nice, medieval towns like Corinaldo and Mondavio are close, places like Urbino or the sea not far away, and its also good for trips to the amazing cave grotta di Frassasi. Superbe piscine et trĂšs belle vue. Appartements au premier ont tous un coin terrasse Dans le jardin (salon + table Ă  manger). Appartement bien Ă©quipĂ©. Tout pour bien cuisiner. Mer Ă  20 min. Et plusieurs restaurants Ă  10-20 min . SupermarchĂ© Ă  10 min. Choix de trĂšs bon restaurants proposĂ©s par le propriĂ©taire. ƒufs frais, tomates et raisin gracieusement offert. PropriĂ©taire toujours Ă  disposition et heureux de rendre service. Magnifique sĂ©jour dans une trĂšs belle rĂ©gion. A recommander.

An absolutely beautiful property and setting with everything included you could want. Lucca, the host, is charming, relaxed, accommodating and very efficient. Lots of lovely small touches that make all the difference, free fresh eggs in the morning, fresh vegetables to pick from the garden, grapes from the vine. This really was the most perfect place to relax and unwind. Don’t bother looking any further... book here!

Una cornice naturale fa da sfondo a Casalantico,ma il proprietario ne ha curato ogni dettaglio per soddisfare le molteplici esigenze sempre presente con grande discrezione pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei suoi ospiti , gli appartamenti puliti confortevoli godono tutti di spazi privati all' aperto inoltre si puĂČ usufruire di ampio spazio comune per letture, conversazioni ,grande schermo tv,caffetteria,orto disponibile e uova fresche al mattino con frutta appena colta,per refrigerarsi la piscina con angolo jacuzzi a parte consente ottimo relax,ottima la posizione sia per il mare che per visitare i bellissimi borghi,lo consiglio sia a famiglie che amici o coppie noi abbiamo portato la nostra cagnolina ben accolta si Ăš divertita molto,le parole non bastano l' atmosfera di pace bisogna assaporarla e una partita a calcetto o pin pong fa divertire anche i genitori ,noi lo consigliamo di ogni momento rimane un buon ricordo.

Einfach Klasse

Wunderbar gelegen mit traumhafteres Panorama. Sehr saubere UnterkĂŒnfte und das ganze Feriendomizil macht einen sehr geplagten Eindruck. Der Vermieter, Luca, gibt gerne Auskunft ĂŒber Ausflugmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und ist fĂŒr Fragen immer da ohne "aufdringlich" zu wirken. Der Marken ist eine wunderschöne Gegend und zum GlĂŒck noch nicht ĂŒberlaufen von Touristen. Diese Ferien Anlage ist in dieser Gegend wunderschön eingebettet und trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Wir hatten 3 Wochen wunderbare Ferien und können dies jedermann/frau sehr empfehlen. Familienfreundlich, deshalb gab es auch öfters KindergelĂ€chter und auch mal ein Weinen, dies als Info fĂŒr GĂ€ste die die totale Ruhe suchen. Vielen Dank Luca und Eltern fĂŒr die sehr freundliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen wieder.

Mehr als erwartet - super Zustand und Ausstattung

Absolut neuwertig und sauber, bei der Ausstattung hat es an Nichts gefehlt, lockeres gutes VerhÀltnis zum Vermieter, sehr zu Empfehlen auch aufgrund der Lage zum Meer und zu anderen Zielen im Landesinneren. Einzige AuffÀlligkeit - bei 5 Wohnungen sehr hellhöriges Haus. Trotzdem - jederzeit wieder!

Simplement parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (2 semaines). Merci à Lucca pour son accueil, ses conseils, son apéritif de bienvenue, etc.... Nous avons particulÚrement apprécié l'espace extérieur réservé et bien sur la piscine, idéal avec des enfants. Casalantico est l'endroit idéal pour séjourner en famille et profiter du calme, tout en étant proche du bord de mer. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçus.Lucca, merci pour tout.

Simply the Best!

Wir (4 Personen) waren schon zum 2. Mal im Casalantico, was normalerweise gar nicht unsere Art ist - aber zu Luca und seiner Familie wĂŒrden wir wahrscheinlich noch 10x fahren!! Es ist einfach alles (Lage, Appartements, Umgebung, Pool, Freisitz, Betreuung etc.) perfekt! Und wer sich bei Luca nicht wohlfĂŒhlt, der kann sich wohl nirgends wohlfĂŒhlen! Corinaldo und Mondavio sind 2 Bilderbuchortschaften, wobei in unseren Augen die "Osteria della Rocca" in Mondavio die herrlichste Terrasse (wenn man sie mal gefunden hat) und die tollsten Speisen (die Pizzen sind allein optisch ein Genuss!) bietet, die man sich nur vorstellen kann! Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Straßenzustand der Umgebung, da wurde schon ewig nichts mehr investiert - ich hatte mein Rennrad dabei, das Mountainbike wĂ€re besser gewesen! Und wer radeln möchte sollte wissen, dass die letzten 200 Meter zur Anlage doch ziemlich steil (asphaltiert mit schottrigen Anteilen) sind und bergauf ziemlich Schmalz, bergab etwas Mut erfordern! In 10 Autominuten sind diverse SupermĂ€rkte zu erreichen und auf der Anlage wird man kostenlos mit Eiern und Salat aus Lucas Garten versorgt! Wir können Casalantico nur uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen und sind nirgendwo so ungern abgereist !

Drei wunderschöne Wochen / Three wonderfull weeks

Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in CASALANTICO mit unseren drei Kindern (7, 10, 14 Jahre) verbracht. Traumhafte Lage und wunderschöne Umgegebung, kurze Wege zum Meer, das Haus, der Pool der Garten sind einfach genial um sich prima vom Altags-Stress zu erholen. Der exzellenten Service von Luca und seiner Familie machte den gesamten Urlaub zu einem unvergessenen Erlebnis. We spent three wonderful weeks in CASALANTICO with our three children (7, 10, 14 years old). Fabulous location and beautiful surroundings, short distances to the nice sea, the house, the pool and the garden are ingeniously to recover from the daily stress. The excellent service from Luca and his family made ??the entire vacation an unforgettable experience.

Great for families, excellent region & coast

We were looking for a quite retreat close to the coast with a swimming pool for our two young daughters (2 & 4). Casalantico and the surrounding region exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean and tidy with modern facilities including a coffee machine, large TV (great for Tour de France), Wifi, BBQ etc. The children especially loved the large pool and play area, and enjoyed picking fresh vegetables from the garden which we ate every night. An excellent find and thank you to Luca our host for making it a lovely holiday.

Very nice place to stay!!

We stayed in Casalantico for 5 days and we loved it. Very nice appartment, with very good beds. Very good kitchen with lots of kitchenwear. Nice views, also form the swimmingpool. We recommend this place tot everyone!! We stayed there with our 5 year old daughter. And she also loved it. And in the area are lots of nice places to go to. And to the beach is a 15 minute drive.
