Enjoyed the outdoor space immensely. Some of the outdoor equipment is old and not operable which was unfortunate as we were excited to be on the water. For the cost this was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, it feels like the space has had many years of visitors and fun!

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the bayside view and quiet retreat. Hot tub was fun and table under the deck made it so we could eat outside when there was a light rain.

This is a wonderful waterfront property with many amenities including kayaks and paddleboats. The owners were very accommodating and friendly.

Paradise on the ocean❀

We booked Crysway by the Bay and our stay was spectacular. The apartment was clean, spacious and provided everything we could ever need. The cookhouse was amazing! We cooked all the fresh seafood you could imagine. The amenities were second to none, the view simply unimaginable and our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests we made. We would highly recommend this place. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle, but on the other hand we were only a short drive from the city. I would certainly stay again.

Great waterview property

We stayed for a week at this lovely lower-level walkout apartment in Avondale (roughly one hour from St. John's) and had a wonderful time. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, a clean and functional kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The view and dock are stunning, complemented by well-maintained landscaping. There is plenty of seating, making it a perfect spot to spend the morning reading a book. The outdoor amenities (laundry, hot tub, sauna) on the property are shared with the kind owners who live above. Overall, we had a great experience.

We loved this quiet corner of Conception Bay. We enjoyed the kayaks, hot tub and all their spots to sit and enjoy the cove. It is even prettier than the pictures posted online. With the grill access and stocked kitchen, we had an easy time prepping meals for our family.

Everything you could want in a stay! The property is incredible and the amenities are top tier :) Having the whole space to ourselves and using the paddle boats was super fun! Highly recommend. We would love to come back!
