Vår söta stuga är bekvämt belägen mitt på ön på den lugna västsidan av gångvägen. Endast 2 kvarter från havet (3-4 min promenad), fiskepir, ömarknad, butiker och glass! Kindred Spirit-brevlådan ligger på den västra änden av ön och är nästan exakt en två mil promenad från ytterdörren.
4 bäddar / 2 badrum. Queen Bed i varje rum, 8 bäddar bekvämt. Sängkläder tillhandahålls till våra gäster. Räkna med att hitta din säng nygjord vid ankomst, inklusive 2 badhanddukar per gäst. Trådlöst internet. Takfläktar i varje sovrum. Master Bed är rymlig med sittgrupp. Välutrustat kök med diskmaskin. 6 stolar matbord med ytterligare 4 platser i frukostbaren. Gasgrill. Vår utomhusdusch är fortfarande en gästfavorit. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek. Den extra kyl / frysen som finns på bottenvåningen är perfekt för extra is för kylare och dina stranddrycker. Dra bakom strandvagnen, kylare, strandleksaker, cyklar och solstolar finns på plats. Picknickbord, hängmatta och extra avslappnad sittplats under huset. Vippare på täckt veranda.

Vår stuga är en enkel fristad från allt! Ta en släktande anda och kom koppla av, andas in den söta salta luften och sakta ner till ön!

Rökning är inte tillåten på fastigheten. Detta innebär att ingen rökning är tillåten i huset, på verandorna eller i de omgivande markområdena utanför. Alla bevis som tyder på att denna policy har brutits, inklusive cigarettstumpar, lukt eller brännskador, kommer att resultera i automatisk kvarhållning av depositionen.

Great stay!!

This place was great!! Clean, beautiful decor and everything you need to enjoy a long weekend or a week at the beach. We visited with 2 other families and had plenty of room. Very close walk to the beach. The hammock and rocking chairs were my favorite spots!! We will be coming back!

Favorite Beach Rental Ever!

This was the best beach house we've ever booked and we have been to many. The attention to detail and cleanliness were above and beyond. The beds and bedding are all high quality and we are leaving very well rested. The beach gear and toys in the downstairs closet made the trip. We loved the carport area and the kids played there the entire time. I almost hate to give this property the review it deserves or it will get booked up! But in all seriousness, you can tell the property is well loved and taken care of and if you want the perfect family beach trip, this is it!

Great stay had everything needed

This was our 2nd stay. Like how everything like linens, grill, beach toys, bikes are available to use. Great location of pier and market. Loved sitting on decks and relaxing. Owners very receptive To communication. Highly recommend!

A Happy Place

Amanda's house was just right for our family. After the first night we all commented on how comfortable the beds were ! Not needing to bring your own sheets is a great perk. She also has everything you need for the beach, so you don't have to bring all of that. The front porch became a gathering place for us every evening to recap each wonderful day. Thank you, Amanda, for providing this special place for families to enjoy !

Great Stay!

This was our second visit to Summer’s Folly and we enjoyed it as much as the first stay! The house is clean and had virtually everything we needed for the week. It’s only a short walk to the beach, and the beach equipment and bikes are a great bonus. Thanks for a wonderful repeat stay!

Perfect place for Thanksgiving at the beach.

Nice house for a family beach trip. Comfy beds, beach toys, quick walk to the beautiful beach and fishing pier. Coffee maker broke and Amanda ran out on Thanksgiving and brought us a new one. Only complaint is there is a new 3 story house with a pool being built about 15 feet from the back deck. Wasn't a problem because of the holiday ( no one was working) but really should have been mentioned in the description of the property till it's done being built. I would recommend this house, after the construction is finished.

Family Getaway

The property was very nice and in very nice neighborhood. Loved that we had beach equipment to use so we didn’t have to worry about renting it or bringing with us. House was just what we needed and loved that every room was big and had queen beds except for master which was a king. Very clean and Ananda was always there to answer any questions that we had. Loved it and will definitely use again!!!!

Great locations and cute cottage

We loved staying here. We have 2 small kids. House was plenty big for us, but could have had another family share too and had plenty of room. We have always loved Sunset beach. This house is close to everything. Even though we brought I our own bikes, they had bikes available. House was clean and like having linens included. Plenty of beach equipment to use. Owners communicate anytime I needed anything, before and during our trip. We had no problems even when we got locked out accidentally once. Amanda made sure we got back in. Thanks for a great stay. We will look Summer Folly up again.

Wonderful all around! Amanda was very responsive and everything listed is accurate. We are a family of four and easily had room to share. Our family has come to Sunset Beach for years and know the area well. The location is great! Please don’t over pack! The house is very well equipped for everything. We have stayed in multiple homes over the years and this one is nicely updated. We will definitely be back!

Nice comfortable clean beach home

Amanda was very good to work with. She was responsive and friendly with all of our communications. The interior upgrades were well done and the home was quiet and comfortable. The sitting area under the house was a big win for us along with the grill and outdoor shower. The beach chairs, etc. were also a big bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. All the necessities were present, plus many extras such as bicycles, beach equipment, and board games. Location is great with a short walk to the beach or shops. Amanda was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I’d highly recommend — we hope to visit again soon!

Just what we needed

This house was perfect for my family and me, and the beach was beautiful as always. Super clean, linens, towels, and plenty of pillows. Beds were soft and very comfortable. We couldn’t ask for anything better, it was just what we needed to reset and relax as a family. Would definitely rent again!

Relaxing weekend!

Property was exactly what we were looking for. Fit everyone nicely and had a nice outdoor lounge area. Short walk to the beach. Bikes and beach equipment were nice to have access to. Easy check-in and check-out. Hosts were great!

We had a great time. The property is close to the beach. Whatever you need, Amanda and Brian have thought of it. Just walk in and relax! I can't say enough good things. Amanda recommended some restaurants and they were excellent. I hope to come back and stay. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

A Perfect Beach Trip!

My husband and I booked this spot for a 4 night beach trip with friends and it was exactly what we were looking for! Extremely clean and plenty of space for just the four of us, although you could fit more quite comfortably. A straight shot to the beach and a five minute walk to a cute coffee shop as well as Sunset Slush Italian Ice (we made multiple visits) make this an excellent location. This property offers many things that others we looked at did not and it truly made all the difference! First, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a wagon, and more are waiting for you when you arrive; if you don't go to the beach often enough to have your own, you will definitely appreciate having these provided! Second, the covered outdoor living space, complete with hammock and Adirondack chairs, is the perfect place to relax during a windy/rainy day when the beach is less pleasant. The morning of our last day wasn't the best beach weather, but we still had a great time relaxing outside. Third, if you are planning to cook a large portion of your meals, you will find the kitchen surprisingly well-stocked as well as what we were most excited about: a grill! Lastly, since we were limited on vacation time, we were beyond excited to discover that a full week rental is not required here, as is the case with many other beach houses. Amanda and Brian are excellent hosts and we are so thankful they provided us with such a perfect vacation home! So thoughtful and kind, Amanda even mailed back a dress I left behind in the closet. We have already started thinking about a return trip for next year!
