This is a modern 1-bedroom apartment located just 20 minutes walking distance from Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartment features a lovely balcony and private parking space in the building's garage.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly built residential building equipped with an elevator. The flat consists of an entrance hall, full bathroom with shower, spacious living/dining room with kitchen and one bedroom fitted with queen size bed. Living room and bedroom have access onto a balcony furnished with lounge chairs and table.
Amenities include: free parking, balcony, AC (all rooms), TV (cable channels), Free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine and well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle.
This apartment is located in a mostly residential area, between Old Town and the newly built business center of Dubrovnik and Gruz Port. Convenient location, within a walking distance from the historical center and city port from where many boats depart on daily trips to nearby islands, makes this apartment a great place to stay for exploring the town and region. Nearest supermarket, ATM, cafes and restaurants are all within 5 minutes walking distance from the property. Nearest beach is less than 10 minutes walking from the apartment.
Hedera A36 sleeps 2 (+2*) guests
Hedera A33 can accommodate up to 2 (+2*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
