The townhouse is situated in a beautiful garden with palm trees, waterfalls, pond, communal swimming pool and children's pool. Swimming pool, 50 m from the house, with sun loungers and parasols.
We still have a 2nd home in the same complex homeaway nr 1416007
The house is furnished as a house, and not as a holiday home, where everyone feels at home, with the comfort of home.
Spacious, sunny living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (like at home). Large master bedroom with terrace (view of the garden and swimming pool), sun from getting up until around 8 p.m.

In 2014 we bought a house to rent. So other people can also enjoy the region . The complex is in a nice garden 27.000 square meter. A aose of peace , only 5 minutes away from beach, estepona, Marbella, puerto banus. We live half a year in a house next to our renting house . So we can help our renters in everything.

The houses are very spacious 177 Squar meters. With big enclosed garden 27.000 squar meter ,very safe, also for children. 3 Terraces Front and backside house. So sun on Terrace all day. From your Terrace you have a private garden, who end in the big garden. We live several months in the house ! It is furnished as a home where you feel home !
