Villa Es Pinar is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The town offers everything, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops, all within walking distance from the property. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and also offers two beach bars serving local tapas and sangria. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10-minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Cala’n Porter and Mahon during the summer months.

The pretty garden is full of colourful flowers, indigenous plants, and trees that provide plenty of shade. The terrace next to the house is also shaded by a canopy and is furnished with a large table and chairs, portable barbeque for al fresco dining, and loungers for those who like to relax in the sunshine.
