3 Tumalo är ett vackert renoverat hem med 4 sovrum.
Den perfekta ljusa och ljusa planlösningen med vedeldad spis i det välvda stora rummet. Köket har uppdaterats med bänkskivor i granitplattor, trägolv och är fullt utrustad med alla bekvämligheter du behöver medan du njuter av din Sunriver-semester.
Den fantastiska däck är komplett w / badtunna, grill och utemöbler plus ett stort gemensamt område för att njuta av den skogsklädda känslan.
Det är en enkel promenad eller cykeltur till det fantastiska Nature Center & Observatory. SHARC-centret ligger cirka 5 minuters bilresa bort eller känner dig äventyrlig och hopp på en av de sex vuxna cyklarna i garaget och ta det natursköna sättet!
3 Tumalo ligger i närheten av floden Deschutes där det finns många naturstigar för din utforskning.

Ping Pong, Basketball Hoop och 10 SHARC-pass ingår!

Great house in Sunriver

We came for spring break with family, and this house was perfect for us! The bunk room was spacious and fit my five children. The kitchen was well stocked, LOTS of DVDs to choose from, the hot tub was fantastic, bikes, ping ping and basketball hoop were also a hit! The property manager was easy to work each and available to help with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

The bunk bed room was able to sleep 5 young kids from 3 families so the parents had some adult time. Great place - will be back for sure.

Spring Break Fun

A lovely property.

The home is nestled in a quiet roundabout, in an easy to navigate area. The home was absolutely lovely, we enjoyed the layout with a room full of cute bunks. The bunk room was perfect for the 5 boys we brought with us. A top 5 property. Thank you.

A vacation in a perfect home!

We loved our stay in this home. It has a spacious living area and wonderful deck with a green lawn. Perfect for kids. The beds we very comfy, and the home came with bikes, ping pong and pickleball paddles. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this home for your family vacation!

Lovely Home!

This lovely home in Sunriver is so comfortable, warm, and close to everything. The interior spaces and hot tub are well-maintained and spotless. The beds all very comfortable, and the layout gave our three couples plenty of privacy. Thank you!

Wonderful!!!

We love the house! Love the cul-de-sac where the kids can ride their bikes. Awesome cruiser bicycles. Nice to be able to just walk down to the pond and the nature center. We will for sure stay at this house again!

Sunriver Family Trip

The house was very accommodating for our family trip. It had plenty of space for activities that everyone could enjoy. There were bikes and kayaks in the garage for everyone to ride and the river was only .5 miles away. The SHARC passes only worked for the residence pool and Sunriver Resort is not affiliated with the house, so if you want to golf you have to pay a $50 daily membership fee.

Lovely home in a beautiful setting!

We had the best time at 3 Tumalo Lane! This place has everything - tons of TVs and DVDs, adult cruiser bikes, very comfy beds. The location was quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated the proximity to the river. The hot tub was perfect, and ping pong in the garage was a bonus. We stayed here as a family of four with two grandparents, and the layout allowed for the grandparents to have privacy on the main level while our family had space on the upper level. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful home

There was plenty of space for our family here! The beds were cozy, and the location was perfect! A couple things could have been better. The thermostat batteries were out upon arrival so the house was very cold. We searched for batteries while waiting to hear back from the owner. The batteries were in the fridge which wasn’t the first place I would have thought to check. But that was an easy enough fix. The bigger issue I had was when a service person came to check the sprinkler system. Usually the owner would give a heads up to the guests that someone is coming. We had no clue and were just about to head out. He needed into the house and said we could let him in or he could have the owner buzz him in. It would have been very alarming had one of us been home alone and had a stranger come walking in. Communication could have been better for the future.

Thanksgiving

This home was a perfect match for our three generation vacation. Room for all of us and some space to have time together as well as time apart. Very well appointed and extremely comfortable beds and bedding! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.
