A cozy, partially renovated apartment, located on the 7th floor with a lift. The entrance to the corridor leads to the eat-in kitchen, equipped with traditional furniture, large dining table and sofa bed, and also featuring a balcony. The bedroom is spacious and bright and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a roomy 4-door wardrobe. The room also gives access to a large panoramic balcony furnished with armchairs and a table, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city and the hill.
The apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower and window.

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the large Orthopedic Trauma Center (CTO) and a 10-minute walk from the underground, which connects it to Porta Nuova railway station, as well as to the city center and the main points of interest.
This apartment is ideal for families traveling by car, thanks to the possibility of free parking in the area.

The area, very commercial, is characterized by the Centro Lingotto, with its shops, bars, restaurants and cinemas; do not miss a visit to the ‘Eataly’ center of taste, which features several restaurants and culinary specialties.

Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a walk in the greenery breathing the scent of flowers, guests can enjoy the Turin Botanical Garden located on the left side of the Po river, and the famous Valentino Park near the old town. Today the province is considered the best Italian centre as regards chocolate processing, and every year the “Cioccolatò” event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings. For a tasting of typical Piemontese dishes, do not miss Solferino and Consorzio restaurants.
