Excellent location and great value. This spot is convenient to everything in Sedona. Owner is prompt in communication and thorough in instruction. Check in and check out were both easy. It was the perfect place for my friend and i during our stay.There are a few cosmetic things in the bathroom and with the carpet in the bedrooms, but it didnt impact the confort of our stay. Just normal house wear and tear stuff. Felt like home in that regard.Kitchen was beautiful and the provided pots, pans and kitchen tools are serviceable, but don't expect to make a 5 course meal. Was enough for our needs. Full size fridge was nice. Very helpful that there were some food storage options for leftovers.I would stay here again. I was especially fond of the back yard wild life.

First and foremost: Location, location, location. This very large and lovely townhouse is beautiful, comfortable, convenient, fully stocked with anything you can possibly need, safe, and one of the best places I've ever rented.

Nothing Luxury about it!

The unit is roomy, the furniture is very comfortable. There is a bidet on the toilet if that qualifies as luxury . There are quite a few cosmetic blemishes on the bathroom walls . The kitchen is great however it is not very well stock with needed kitchen items. Requested measuring spoons and measuring cups , he could not provide. Very sparsely stocked.The owner is obnoxious and creepy. I asked if he had any sharp knives and he responded with I am sorry my knives to not meet your culinary expectations!When Owner came into unit to replace light bulb and fix showerhead he did not say hello he just walked in and went to work and left. Very strange behavior!

Great spot, walkable to center but in a nice quiet area.

Nice property, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Property owner was very detailed and responded timely. We had no issues at all.

Great location!

This 2-BR condo is perfect for a wonderful stay in Sedona. It's a quiet neighborhood in the Uptown area, with a short walk to restaurants and shops and hiking. It ticked all the boxes for us and we got the most out of our trip.

Excellent property

Our family really enjoyed this place. Location was perfect and an easy walk to main drag . The location was private and in a neighborhood type area . The inside was very clean and nicely done. Simple decor but comfortable seating and up to date kitchen area. Great parking area . The beds are ridiculously comfortable, better than any I've ever experienced at any place I've stayed. Steven is really awesome too and was very easy going and even spent extra time talking with my husband . Would highly recommend this place for your Sedona stay.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was great. The owner was easy to get ahold of and gave very good description and details. Check in was 4 pm i was 30 minutes early, he didn't have any problem letting me in early. He began texting a couple of weeks before the trip with explanation of what to expect. The condo had everything we needed including trashbags, dishwasher pods, coffee, and dish soap. The location was right in walking distance of all of the gorgeous shops. The condo owner even has his own shop, pretty neat. Overall, we had a great time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.I asked if we could stay an additional day and he was great about setting it up.

Like Being At Home

I would definitely stay here again. It felt like a home away from home. It's in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. The beds are amazing. Just put my head down and I was out for the night. Large rooms for a condo and has a beautiful kitchen. There's a cute little patio in the back, but it was too cold while I was there. The patio would be fun when weather is a little warmer. Really enjoyed my stay.

Cleaning needed.

The unit was full of ants, roaches, dead and alive. Cobwebs with spiders in it over the front door and over the toilet in the bathroom. A layer of dirt on all kitchen counters and the utensil's. Was given 2 large towels and 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for a 2 bedroom unit The shower handle was broken.crumbs on the living room sofa and floor in front. Broken front step. Outside furniture filthy Bedrooms… sheets had to washed before using. Hair , blood and urine stains on mattress. ( so unsanitary) WiFi did not work. Almost no signal with cell phones or data. Manager insisted it worked, even after showing him the pictures that showed it was down. He couldn’t be bothered to contact the Internet company, had them call me and even then they refused to talk too much as I was not on the account. In turn , I left. No one would stay in a place that unsanitary disgusting. Read all reviews as, others dealt with similar circumstances. YES! I have pictures of everything, that i sent to VRBO. Manger told VRBO HE would only refund my money if he could speak to me on the phone. Considering his demeanor and lack of congenitally ( ie, defensive, rude, accusatory) . Not to mention his barrage of text messaging me, which bordered on harassment. I declined to speak with him. My whole weekend was RUINED. .

Location, Location, Location

Perfect place for 2 friends to stay. We each had our own room with really comfortable beds. We walked into town several times and had a rental car to see the other sights. Parking at the unit was easy and always available. Host sent excellent directions to his place of business downtown to obtain the keys. There are a few "Dont's" in the instructions for the apartment, and they all make a lot of sense and are easy to follow. The only one that requires advance knowledge before arrival is the "no shoes" inside. We brought a pair of house slip-on shoes/slippers that we only wore inside the house and kept them by the front door so we could take off our outside shoes at the door and put on inside shoes/slippers. Very easy rule to follow as long as you know this in advance. The apartment was well equipped and certainly met our needs. The apartment was clean, though the house cleaner needs to reach up in bathroom and elsewhere to sweep away some old cobwebs. Other than that, the place was well stocked (extra toilet paper rolls, paper towel, soap, etc.) and clean. The Host manages several units and operates a couple of businesses, so he communicates with a lot of different renters. It's important to preface any communication with the Host with your name and unit number so he knows who you are. We had a very pleasurable stay in Sedona and would return to this rental.

Beautiful Sedona Getaway

The condo was very clean, well stocked and spacious. It was a short walk to all the restaurants and shops of uptown Sedona. We were there over Easter and it was crowded but this property was perfectly situated away from all the crowds, yet still convenient. I would highly recommend staying here. The best part was the price. What a value!!!!!

Very convenient uptown location

It was easy to walk to town, restaurants. Felt very safe there. Sparse, but nice place nightstands and lamps beside the beds would be nice... there aren't any. Also, the owners do not want people to put their feet on furniture and that's a good, understandable policy kind of necessary with the modest quality of the furniture. However, I have a friend who already lives in Sedona and I borrowed an ottoman from her. After a day of hiking, I did want to put my feet up on a sturdy piece of furniture. I was there for 3 weeks..trying to get a feel for living there through the winter. Cooked at the apartment every day. No problems with anything...it was pretty smooth going.

Owner was horrible, he made us go and interview with him before he would give us access to the home. If we passed we got the keys. Then once we passed he text my phone all day and night, wanting to me how horrible past guest are. The house was not clean, spiders and spider webs everywhere. We couldn’t use the front sitting area or back yard due to dirt and leaves everywhere. Shower was very dirty and had to clean it before using it. Will NOT be using this place again.

Fun in Sedona

The unit was clean and had all the amenities. it was close to the center of all activities. There were no issues, and I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in visiting Sedona. The property owner was excellent to deal with.

Great Location

The property was clean and just perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location couldn't have been any better. A short 5 minute walk to town with shops and dining. The property had 2 bedrooms with plenty of room. The bathroom could use an update, however the towels were clean and soft too! There was plenty of parking. We took advantage of the parking in the back because it was covered and close to our unit. This was my first experience with vrob, I wasn't sure what to expect. All my concerns of does it have bedding, towels, soap(by the sinks) and dishes? The answer is yes. I would definitely book this unit again. In response the comments with the owner. As long as you follow his instructions, which are simple and clear you shouldn't have any issues at all.
