Luxury Villa Located Between Venice & Verona.
This villa is beautifully laid out with lots of space and modern amenities. Approximately 45 minutes from both Venice and Verona and only 5km to Downtown Vicenza where you can visit the heart of Palladio, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
A child-friendly home with the possibilty to have up to 6 guests. Free wifi included and free outdoor parking on site.
Global visitors are welcome! We speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.
THE SPACE
This wonderful villa is located only 5km from downtown Vicenza and 45 minutes from the historic cities of Venice and Verona. You are very close to the thrilling views of Lake Garda and the wildly picturesque towns of Asolo, Bassano del Grappa and Padova. For those who are visiting for the popular Fiera di Vicenza, this villa is approximately 5 mins drive away.
It is a three storey complex with full guest access to the first two floors. There are three great sized rooms and three immaculately presented bathrooms, the master bedroom is an en-suite.
The villa is surrounded by lush green land with lots of natural space. A truly magical place to relax, and in warmer seasons you can enjoy the calm settings from the views of the hammock. There are large windows throughout the complex that allow lots of light inside and offer you clear views of the green landscapes.
There is a utility room with a seperate washer and dryer and a large sink should you wish to handwash any items. Each room has been tastefully decorated and allows you to feel at home, away from home. The kitchen has many modern appliances with a dishwasher and a wine cooler.
If you are travelling with young children, the house has been baby-proofed in order to minimise hazards for adventerous toddlers!
If you are keen golfer, the location is only a short walk away from the lovely Golf Club Vicenza. For keen food lovers, you will be in the land of baccala and prosecco - cheers :)
GUEST ACCESS
The villa is on private land and can be accessed by going through the security gates. There is space for more than 5+ cars to park.
This villa is attached to just one another private villa on the land, so you will have complete privacy but not feel totally isolated.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, air ventiliation system and a wine-cooler. There is wonderful outdoor spaces and an outdoor eating area with built-in BBQ grill facility. Each room has an airconditinong system ad underfloor heating. Free WiFi throughout the complex and a built-in audio system in all common areas.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We built this property in 2015 as we fell in love with the area and the incredible beauty the land has to offer. Vicenza is filled with wonderful history, world famous architecture, perfect prosecco and mouth watering food. On top of not all, there are a number of activities within a reasonable distance and the weather is very seasonal which makes it easy to plan and prepare for the weather
