Sun-rock house by the sea
A beautiful villa set in a wonderful scenery full of plants and trees, just in front of a sandy beach. Luxury combined with comfort, large veranda, private parking space, full of amenities, ideal for family or group vacations as close as possible to the Aegean sea.
You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa.
The house has a fully equipped retro style kitchen, a dining area that can seat a group of friends or family and a comfortable sitting area with an A/C. There are three spacious and elegant bedrooms one with a double bed and the other two with single beds, put together in order to accommodate either couples or friends. Two of the rooms have ceiling fans and one has an A/C.
Outdoors there is a shaded sitting area with fantastic sea view to enjoy with friends and family.
Throughout the house you can just look out of the windows and enjoy the incredibly beautiful sea and island views.
This is an airy and comfortable space for you to enjoy.
We are only a phone call/email or a text away for anything you need.
Andros is one of the closest islands of the Cyclades to Athens, only two hours away by ferry boat from the port of Rafina.
There are another 4 houses in the neighborhood, forming a house complex all with private entrances and private surrounding area.
The big advantage of our home is the direct access to the beach and its proximity to it.
Hora is just 4 km away and the main port of Andros around 40km.
You will need a car to enjoy the island.

A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ÎÎÎ, the property management company that is running this property.
