In the hallway, you will be welcomed by a large built-in wardrobe. Here you will also find the bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet with a small hand basin. Continue into the living/kitchen area. In the large open kitchen, you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare a delicious meal yourself. In the living room, 2 sofas invite you to lounge around. The electric fireplace additionally creates a cozy atmosphere. The dining area is located in the adjoining winter garden. Also, you will find here a cozy furnished sitting area to relax.

Through the kitchen, you reach the large garden seating area with sun blinds. In the natural garden oasis, you will always find a place to relax!

On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms and always practical a 2nd toilet. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a large closet. In the second room is a double bed 160 x 200 cm and in the third bedroom 2 single box spring beds 90 x 200 cm.

In the adjoining storage room, which can be reached from the outside, there is a microwave oven as well as a washing machine, a dryer, and a freezer. There is also an electric grill at your disposal.

There is space in front of the house for 2 cars parked behind each other.
