Villa Evgenia II is a stylish and comfortable 60mÂČ home set within a large, fully enclosed garden in the heart of nature. Surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, this tranquil setting is perfect for nature lovers and those looking to unwind in peace and privacyâjust 700 meters from the sea.
The villa offers a private driveway with parking right next to the house, as well as an additional parking area just a few meters away. The spacious garden features a furnished raised terrace with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a barbecueâideal for al fresco meals or lazy afternoons in the sun.
Inside, the accommodation includes:

âą A living room with a sofa bed
âą Open-plan mini-kitchen with a breakfast bar
