Located in a 100-year-old stone house on a street by the sea, this apartment offers both proximity to Old Town (15-20 minutes walking distance) and quiet seclusion. Upon entering the property you have stepped into vine-covered walkways, lush greenery, fruit trees with spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea. A short walk in either direction of the street will lead you to one of Dubrovnikâs few sand & pebble beaches - St Jacob's beach (5 minutes walking distance) and Banje beach (10-15 minutes walking distance).
