The apartment is situated 2 blocks from the main shopping strip Metaxa Street, where also the tram line runs. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with wraparound large balconys. Glyfada beach and the famous Balux Project House and pool and beach is only a 10 minute walk. Along the way you will find bars, restaurants, shopping, cafes, supermarket. It is the most famous cosmopolitan seaside suburb of Athens.
The Apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 single bed both rooms have air conditioners , and the main bedroom also has a 43inch smart TV , the lounge room has a 55inch Smart TV, and free Netflix and air conditioner. .The bathroom was recently renovated Februarty 2024 which also includes a washing machine. There is also a safe in the main of bedroom. Update Fully functional kitchen with Bosch Dishwasher. There is also outdoor balcony furniture, outside dining table, couch and chair swing for your relaxation.
All Surfaces in the apartment are cleaned with antiseptic, and the apartment is freshly aired after each guest has left.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor on a quiet street a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Glyfadas main shopping street. The apartment has wraparound balconies featuring the mountains as well as sea glimpses. 5 minutes walking from the apartment brings you to Nymphon Square where there are bars, cafes, taverns, banks at your service. The beach is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk to Poseidonos Ave where there is the famous Balux House Project, with Pool and Beach Bar, or there is the public beach of Glyfada as well...
There is the tram and also buses to take you to downtown Athens, or Piraeus Port for the greek islands and also the airport. Glyfada also has the only Golf Course in Athens as well for you Golf lovers.
