The lovely Villa Leoni is a new holiday home settled in the green and peaceful heart of the Barban area.
The newly-built bright and sunny Villa Leoni is a single-story house that can accommodate up to 7 people. With its 3 bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with a single bed, and 2 fully equipped bathrooms the house is perfect for a large family or a small company looking for their Istrian retreat. The fully modern fitted kitchen and the belonging bright dining room are filled with sunlight and simply made for your Mediterranean culinary experience. The comfy living room has a large sofa perfect for the whole company. The house offers free Wi-Fi, it is completely air-conditioned and has its own parking lot.
A smaller swimming pool offers the so needed refreshment in summer and the belonging deckchairs are ideal for enjoying the glorious sunny days all overseeing the lovely country scenery. The large garden is the traditional Istrian setting with an old vineyard, a vast meadow and summer shade is gracefully provided by the lush treetops.
Villa Leoni is the new and bright yet so typically very Istrian getaway offering the balance of a cozy modern holiday and the spirit of a real Istrian adventure.
