This attractive 2 bedroom villa, located near the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 4 guests.
This is a cosy villa with a private pool, set in a quiet, rural location with wonderful, panoramic views of both the sea and the mountains. Guests can easily reach both Frigiliana and Nerja by car in less than 10 minutes and Lidl supermarket is within 5 minutes drive of the property.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Private swimming pool, covered terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers beside the pool, barbecue, private parking area for 2 cars.
Inside: Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms (with heating for the cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, TV with satellite channels.
The swimming pool at this villa measures 7 meters x 4.5 meters.
In the kitchen, the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with a shower and wc and other with bath and wc.
Villa Fortes is located 70 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 1 km from the nearest bus stop, 3.5 km from Nerja bus station, 5 km from beautiful Burriana beach and restaurants, 2 km from Lidl supermarket, 3 km from Frigiliana with a great choice of bars and restaurants, 3.5 km from the famous Balcon de Europa in Nerja, 6.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 24 km from Aquavelis water park, 26 km from Baviera Golf course, 97 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
The villa is situated in an elevated, rural setting and is a popular choice for families with children and couples seeking peace and tranquility.
A car is definitely recommended for visitors to this villa for getting around but is not essential. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi company who offer a competitively priced airport transfer if required. There is a bus stop 150 meters from the villa.
** For winter lettings of 28 or more nights, the electricity costs are not included in the price. We will take a reading of the kWh on arrival and another on departure and will calculate the consumed kWh as per electricity bill costs.**
