Beautiful, well maintained property in & out. Groundskeeper was very kind & helpful, always tending to the beautification of property. Inspectors smiled too, as did a guy in the office who I wish I'd spoken to instead. The girl on 4/28 was kind, but 2 girls I spoke to at arrival 4/26 & departure 4/29 were not. As repeat guests who've worked at hotels, we were very put off by their "service." Their version of professional was stobby annoyance, seeming as though I had no right to ask my questions. I understand policies change, which is why I asked, despite no changes to the contract. Previously, if a room was ready, you could check in early without a fee. I was checking if mine was ready just prior to arrival at 2:30, to avoid receiving notification moments after opting to occupy my kids & dog at the beach. I would've considered the fee if I hadn't been spoken down to when asking, but then didn't trust I wouldn't be swindled out of $25 to just enter my room 15min early. I confirmed on 4/28 with a kind girl that there was still a courtesy noon check out policy & there were 2 $25 extensions after, until being charged a full day at 3. The next day I wanted to confirm the specific time, since I recalled it being 12:59, with $25 fees @ 1 & 2, & full day fee at 3, but the day prior it sounded like noon, or a minute before or after. I didn't want to have my toddler or dog couped up in the car longer than necessary while loading & following th rules. I also wanted to confirm the noon late check out request was noted. The girl I asked sternly told me check out was 11am, & to not be charged we needed to be out by 11:15am. I explained it was different than what I was told the day prior & on previous stays, as my room wasn't booked the day of departure. She softened her response slightly & advised probably 11:30 was okay. Please get all staff & guests on the same page with policy to not hinder guest experience at start & end of stay, as our efforts were well intended, but ill met
