Situated a minute walk from the entrance of Nature Park Kamenjak, hidden behind a wall there is a little oasis of peace and calmness. Perfect for biking in the springtime. Runners will love the proximity to the amazing tracks next to the sea.

The apartment, atrium and garden are completely private for you.
The property consist of an apartment with 2 rooms (each with private bathroom) with a special design which gives you a sense of staying on a luxury ship thanks to its wooden surfacecs, spacious fenced atrium with a large and well equipped exterior kitchen.

The atrium is what makes this place so unique, peaceful and magical- a large fenced open space with a massive wooden deck over the kitchen and a main part with a table for 10. The deck is pierced with large windows which gives just enough light to this beautiful shaded place for gatherings. There is a large mural with a marine motiv on the wall of the atrium which gives this place a warm feeling of a living room in open.

There are few giant trees which give a nice shade to the other part of the atrium and are lighted by night, and create a magical atmosphere. Two wooden benches, deckchairs and outdoor furniture are there to ensure the maximal comfort and relax in this hidden oasis.

Every three days the gardener will come and water the flowers, but this will be arranged with you so he doesn't disturb you.

There is a small kitchen for preparing a morning coffee within the apartment, but the main kitchen with a massive stone grill is situated next to the apartment, covered with a wooden deck and connected with the atrium.

The living room is situated at the end of the atrium and separated from it only with a glass door.

There is a shaded parking lot in front of the property.

This unusual space is a perfect place for those who besides the sun and the beach, like to enjoy their vacation in a peculiar and peaceful space, resting in the shade of trees, preparing a meal in open and then chat with their friends till late in the night with a glass of wine and a sea breeze in the air.

The location on the entrance to Nature Park Kamenjak is excellent both for walking to the nearest beaches and the centre of the village with its numerous restaurants and lovely main square.
