The house was in a perfect location for teens to ride bikes on their own. The bedroom accomodations were perfect and everything was spotless!The kitchen was wonderful and equipped with everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool table too!We would definitely rent 796 again!

Cute town

Love spending one week a year in Bethany, and this house was my favorite house, kitchen was great and living space as was just enough room we were 10 people and never felt on top of each other.

Nice place

We stayed here with our son, his family and a couple other family members. We enjoyed the beach trolley. The neighborhood pools are great.

Nice but

I chose this house because it seemed nice for my group. I also use a walker so the front ramp was necessary. Some negatives were the one bathroom door was not wide enough to get a walker through. The bathroom showers were not truly handicap accessible and the pebbles that made up the driveway made it difficult to walk with a walker. The house was nice. We liked our stay.

2nd summer in this house. We love it. Perfect for a young family. This season we were a little disappointed in the sugar ant infestation, but it didn't ruin our vacation!

Comfortable, clean home

We had a wonderful time! The house is spacious with a nice deck. It is walking distance to the beach or an easy drive or trolley ride. We would definitely stay here again.

La propiedad está bien, es una sona tranquila y cercas de la playa, solo que los cuartos están pequeños a excepción de la recamara principal. Algo que me incomodo mucho era que las camas hacían mucho ruido, también las charolas y cazuelas en la cocina están ya muy desgastadas, necesitan reemplazarlas.

Large beachy house, close to the beach!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay during the 4th of July! The house was larger than we expected and had everything we needed. The two outdoor showers were amazing to have!

Naugle Family 8/2021

This house was the perfect size for a young family of 4 and 2 grandparents. The bedrooms were spacious. Separate living areas allowed plenty of room. Close to the trolley. Short drive to the beach. Recommend for other families. Will be booking again for next year!

Great vacation stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. There were a few updates (cosmetic) from our previous stay which were nice including the sectional furniture on the deck and I think a new gas grill. The 2 outdoor showers are great and most of us used those rather than the indoor baths for our post-beach showers. We do wish that the bedroom with a full-size bed was a queen bed instead - then it would be perfect for our family with 3 couples and 2 kids.

Best location for a beach trip!

This house was so beautiful!! The check in process was so easy and very close to the house. The residential parking pass was a life saver since we got to save money. There were plenty of clean rooms with comfortable beds. The house was welcoming and had plenty of activities. The game cabinet was the best part about the house. The outdoor showers were very useful for a large group of people. Plenty of plates and cups too! The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The trolly was so fun and took us around. All activities were close to the house and could be at walking distance. Overall the house was the perfect house for our group and the price was very reasonable. 100% would recommend!! Thank you so much for letting our group stay here!!

Family time at the beach.

Bethany Beach Vacation Home

Although this is a nice large home, it is somewhat dated. It was rather dusty and the grill and the fridge were in need of cleaning. The home was stocked with many supplies, but they needed cleaning out as many were expired. Beds were comfortable.

Fully stocked with everything I forgot

We have been renting in Bethany West for the past 10 years and have had various houses we enjoyed but found this property exceptional. I was surprised to find 3 bedrooms at one side of the house and one on the other but the half bath in the laundry room equaled another total bathroom. The rooms were spacious and we all felt we could find our own space. The back yard was a bit small, we had two little ones, but we were able to put a kiddie pool on the back deck and had room for corn hole boards. I loved the location. We were off the main drag in a quiet neighborhood, but were within walking distance to Bethany Beach, WaWa, Rita's Italian Ice and Grotto's. I walk in the morning and felt totally safe and pleasantly surprised by friendly neighbors and beautiful flowers along with the occasional grey squirrel. The trolley is also an option for transportation. The house had many items (flour, scotch tape, garbage bags) which we could use and then replace before leaving. Dishes were plentiful and pots and pans were adequate, when we decided to cook at the house. The laundry room was a big help with wet towels. I have made our reservations at this property for next year.
