New, modern and stylish addition to our beautiful Villa King.
This amazing apartment comes with a big 40m2 terrace in front of the apartment. With your private hot tub, and a beautiful sea view you will most certainly enjoy your stay here.
In the apartment there is one luxury bedroom, with a big 160x200 cm bed.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be turned into a normal size double bed (160x200 cm) with its own mattress.
There are 3 beaches nearby (Banje beach, Sv.Jakov and Gjivovici beach), and with only 15 min easy walk to the Old Town, you know you have a perfect location.
Just 500 metres from the beach, Villa King is 1 km from the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnikâs Old Town. It offers modern-style apartments overlooking the Adriatic Sea from a furnished balcony or a terrace. Free WI-Fi, a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV are standard amenities.
All apartments have modern furnishings and comprise a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living area. Each features a bathroom with a hairdryer and a washing machine. A terrace with barbecue facilities is at guestsâ disposal.

I am Jasna and my husband is Luka. We are grown up in Dubrovnik and latter we have move to Zagreb.We have two sons, Dino and Mario. Last 4 years we have returned and we have rebuilt our family house to Villa and we start to rent. I am fashion designer , and Luka is electronics engineer. We very like our VILLA KING and we do our best to give our guests all support and help that they need.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
VILLA KING is located in excellent position. This is residental area in bay , in front of island Lokrum and Old harbour of Old Town.View is amazing from all terrace, and from windows and balcony. It is in quite erea, surraunding with grennery , and needs only 15 minutes slow walk to arrive in Old Town.
