Large newly renovated house, located in the urbanization Val de Ruda, with access to the cable car, the urbanization closed to traffic and with large gardens and playground for the little ones, ideal for large families.

The lower floor with access from the communal garage, recently refurbished, is distributed in an entrance hall with wardrobes for boots and warm clothes, a laundry room, a toilet.
In the sleeping area of this floor a configuration that allows:
- use as a bedroom with 4 bunk beds with its own bathroom and a living room which also includes a kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave.
- alternatively, use as the main room of the house, as a large suite with its own living room.
On the main floor a living-dining room with built-in kitchen, fireplace and exit to the terrace. A toilet. In addition to an exit to the pedestrian area closed to the traffic of the urbanization itself.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other two with shared bathroom.
On the upper floor, we find the main bedroom of the house, double, with its own bathroom and double height wooden attic ceilings.

- A small cleaning kit (cloth, scourer, dishwasher) and a toilet kit (small shampoo, gel and bar of soap), a roll of toilet paper per bathroom will be provided on arrival. You WILL NOT find any other cleaning or toilet products in the house. Nor will you find any food unless you ask us for it, in which case we will give you the instructions to buy it on-line in our collaborating supermarket (COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE PRICE) and we will leave it in the fridge of your flat.
