Fair Lea Barn is a beautifully converted cottage in the small village of Stainton by Langworth near the city of Lincoln. It boasts four bedrooms sleeping up to seven people with the master bedroom featuring a delightful en-suite shower room. There is also a large spacious sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside is a stunning patio area with seating and ample parking. Fair Lea Barn is ideal for families or friends in the perfect country location.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating and underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV. WiFi available. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
