Villa Nona Kapona is a magnificent country house set in a magical location amidst a large olive grove. It is a modern interpretation of an old Istrian farmhouse that offers the peace, relaxation and luxury you need for a perfect holiday. The swimming pool measures 12x6 m.
On the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room and living room, all furnished with style to create an inviting space, bathed in natural light. From there you have access to a spacious covered terrace for unforgettable family meals in the natural surroundings of the green Istria. Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the upper level where there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony with a spectacular view of the Istrian landscape, the town of Tar and the Adriatic Sea on the horizon. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a house that will meet all your expectations for a relaxing holiday. Given its secluded location, the house is protected by video surveillance for security reasons.
The nearest electric car charging station is 1 km away, charging cars in the house is not allowed. We recommend it for families with children. Reservations for groups of people under 25 years of age will not be accepted.
