Nestled on the top floor in one of the oldest areas of the city, you will find this stunning penthouse apartment with two private terraces and a small pool.
This modern home with its open floorplan is spacious, tranquil, and light. A full, well equipped modern kitchen with an inbuilt espresso machine will make you feel at home. The living room with fireplace flows onto the bright terrace, only separated by a glass curtain, which makes for easy open-air dining.
Up the floating staircase, you will find your larger second private rooftop terrace where you can soak up the sun while drinking a glass of wine with a book, or dip into the small pool to relax after a long day of exploring the wonders of the historic city.
The main double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating for your comfort. Across from the second double bedroom, you will find another bathroom behind a sliding privacy glass door with a shower as well.
Between the tasteful decor, flowing floorplan, and small details for your comfort, you will find your next holiday to Malaga to be soothing, relaxing, and memorable.
