A cozy and modern holiday house in the exceptional area of Zakynthos, Akrotiri. Only a couple of kilometers from the city centre, Akrotiri has a beautiful view and it is ideal for nature lovers who are looking for privacy.
Villa Lynch is a place to feel at home. Outstanding surroundings, the whole area can be watched from the terrace, large spaces to always feel comfortable and a private pool to enjoy the sun are some of the characteristics of this beautiful house where one will definitely have a remarkable stay.
Lunch Villa can accommodate 4+2 guests in 2 bedrooms, and it has a spacious terrace with private pool as well as private parking.
On the ground floor of the house, you will find the fully equipped kitchen in continuation with the living room which has two dining areas and access to the attic where the 2 bedrooms are located. All spaces are air-conditioned. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has two single beds that can also be joined. The furniture is modern and in earth colors.
On the terrace, you can enjoy your meals with excellent views of the whole island after you have barbecued your food… A great option to relax and reconnect with nature.
