Park Brook Dell is a detached lodge property resting on the outskirts of Scorton. This all-ground-floor property comes with a king-size bedroom, sleeping up to two people and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is an off-road parking and a patio area with table, chairs and hot tub. Park Brook Dell is a wonderful bolthole for two. Note: Property beside a stream and accessed via wooden bridge. Note: Some distant road noise can be heard outside. Note: OwnerÂs home is 500 yards up the track. Note: Additional fuel charged at ÂŁ10 a bag
