Stay at Villa Basil

Excellent really enjoyed staying at this property. The outside area was really lovely and we spent a lot of time there. Villa itself had everything we needed, beds really comfortable and facilities great. Good location I would recommend hiring a car or some form of transportation if you need centre of Ayia Napa but bus service is good as well. Beaches close by.

the villa needs renovation, the palm trees should be cut because everything falls into the pool, the cleanliness that greeted us is not at all to be recommended, the location is good, the pool is ripe for tidying up. all in all, it's not bad, but next time I wouldn't choose the same villa

We recommend the stay and would love to come again

Lovely house and pool. Even though it’s very open to the 2 streets you don’t notice because very few people are walking around. The house is functional and fits perfectly your needs. You only get one towel per person, so we were glad we brought pool towels ( you can also rent them) and we loved that their were a washing machine. The ocean is very near by, and only few people use it. That was VERY lovely. The kitchen is ok with the utility, and the house is just very functional. The only negative thing we could think of is that there are only one bed light in the adult bedroom and there are a lot of cat’s wondering around in the garden We would like to return an other time

Zypern ist eine Reise wert!

Allea in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Für den Preis der Villa waren einige Dinge nicht wie erwartet: Grillrost nicht wirklich vorhanden; warmes Wasser mit 2 Stunden Vorlaufzeit, Fernseher schwierig in Gang zu bringen (bis dann schließlich gar keine Verbindung hergestellt werden konnte). Schließlich mutet es merkwürdig an, dass für bestimmte Sachen „Strafen“ zu zahlen sind (Müll nicht rausbringen, Grill nicht reinigen). Manu muss auch bedenken, dass es ein Eckgrundstück ist, was zudem nicht durch eine Bepflanzung geschützt. Also Wind von allen Seiten und einsehbar von zwei Seiten (straßenseitig). Der Strandzugang ist recht felsig; Badeschuhe empfohlen.

Nice House

nice House. When we arrived the workers fixed a Problem at the House. The House was clean. But less toilett paper, less pots, no Salt and Pepper. No tabs for the dish washer and washing mashine. The WLAN was to Slow. Watching television was difficult. A nice house with a Pool. VG Ute

Lovely Family Holiday

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Villa Basil. Beautiful house located only about 300 Meters from a lovely small beach. The Location was abolutely wonderful and peaceful, perfect to relax and just take it easy and recover from the everyday stress. The only thing we would recommend ist hiring a Car during your stay since the nearest Supermarket/store is 2,5km away. Even if the walk there is nice, carrying full bags of groceries back and forth (especially for multiple people) can get quite tedious with time. We would definitely recommend this property and would Love to Return and spend another vacation there anytime.

Visiting in September

Very close to the beach. Most of time were were on the beach by ourselves. Neighborhood is quite. Great for families.

расположение виллы прекрасное, но только при наличии автомобиля, пляжа, магазина рядом нет, поэтому только с машиной. Приватности на этой вилле не будет совсем, она угловая, с низким забором и редкой растительностью, все проходящие мимо видят все, что происходит на территории виллы. Перед виллой на первой линии от моря стоит комплекс вилл 7 штук, в которые очень любят на выходные заселяться киприоты, которые любят сидеть до утра с музыкой , хохотом и орами, рассчитывайте сразу, что выходные- это бессонные ночи. Сама вилла довольно таки старая, на первом этаже в спальне сыпется потолок на кровать( нам эта спальня была не нужна, но если бы была необходимость там кому то спать, то ночью на лоб мог бы приземлиться кусок штукатурки), мебель кухни закрывается только приличным ударом, так как рассохлась и перекосилась. Холодильник не работает, вернее работает, но отвратительно, течет постоянно, все продукты быстро портятся из-за большой влажности внутри, регулировка температурного режима не дает результата. Стоит на кухне и второй холодильник, он не рабочий, работает только морозилка, но с температурой, как в обычном нормальном холодильнике, но этот холодильник очень как раз нам понравился, вернее его наличие, так как на вилле тараканы есть и приходилось все продукты прятать , а неработающий холодильник использовался, как герметичный шкаф. Отдельно еще раз про спальню на первом этаже. Она не очень приспособлена, окна открыть нельзя, сеток на них нет, вид на забор с одной стороны и на кучу птичьего помета и другой соседский забор из окон другой стороны, то есть в ней можно только спать с кондиционером и опущенными шторами, такая пещерка скорее, а не спальня. Конечно требуется замена или ремонт зоны барбекю. Этим пользоваться невозможно. Правда, на стене есть рекламка, что за денежку Вам привезут в аренду другую барбекюшницу. Бассейн не глубокий и с очень старым оборудованием, поломанные решетки на дне, сломанная лестница, старое покрытие-пленка. Но мы ехали на море, поэтому этот факт не сильно напрягал. Если бы, наверное, обратиться со всем вышеуказанным к менеджеру ( у нас была Эрнеста, замечательный менеджер), то исправили бы, но приехав отдыхать,хочется отдыхать, а не наблюдать за тем, как красят потолок или ремонтируют шкафы,тратить на это время.... поэтому мы не обращались. В общем нам все понравилось и , если исправятся вышеуказанные недочеты, с удовольствием вернемся.

Excellent villa, location, service! Nothing bad to conclude

Top dollar service from all involved. I booked the wrong week but was helped in the best way to get a fantastic stay. The cleaning was outstanding and we got support to find places to do shopping. The villa excellent with anything you need!! Sevice provider friendly and service-minded. Everything second to none!! We will come back!

Dreamy holidays
