This beautifully presented holiday home is in a spectacular location, situated on the highly sought after Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs, across the road from the sandy beach at Stone Bay. There are fabulous sea-views from the lounge which change every day and invite you to explore this beautiful coastline further. Close by you will find Viking Bay, a very popular sandy beach which is just minutes from the High Street. Charles Dickens said 'The long sandy bay, cliff top promenade and boardwalk make this bay a timeless thing of beauty.'

The apartment has been decorated to a high standard with holiday makers in mind. Another benefit of staying here is that this property is within easy walking distance of Broadstairs town centre and all it’s restaurants, shops and places of interest.

A private entrance door leads to a storm porch, lounge/diner with Smart/Free Sat TV, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double with King size bed and combined TV/DVD player, one twin and bathroom with a double shower.

This property has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. There is adequate free on street car parking, WiFi and gas central heating and the property is fully compliant with the new fire regulations..

A luxury welcome tray is provided.

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION** This property is most suited to families and couples. Arrival and Departure dates are currently SATURDAY TO SATURDAY but other days and shorter stays may be available, so please enquire prior to booking.

Seaview

An excellent apartment overlooking Stone Bay in Broadstairs. All amenities are within easy walking distance of the apartment and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Splendid sea views from Seaview

Broadstairs is an excellent location for a holiday with fine beaches, seaside walks and some very decent restaurants and micro pubs as well as a good range of independent shops. Seaview was an extremely well located and brilliantly appointed property and we enjoyed our stay very much. Tom & Janet

Seaview, a great apartment in a great location.

The apartment was spotless and clearly great care had been taken to ensure that everything was safe for guests. We had a lovely time walking by the sea and even managed some swims at Stone Bay . We have stayed at the flat before and we really pleased to see how the standards have been maintained and even improved with time.

Perfect holiday-location!

This apartment is superb - it is perfectly located in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the sea from the living-room and one of the bedrooms and is within easy reach of the beach and also the town centre. It is lovingly decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need (we could have left half of our luggage at home ;-)). We had a perfect holiday and would love to rate the accomodation with six stars if we could... :-)

Ruhig und trotzdem zentrumsnah

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, direkt am Meer. In nur 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum mit Restaurants, Pubs und Einkaufsläden. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Lovely clean apartment

We had a lovely holiday at Sea View. A lot of thought has gone into furnishing and equipping the apartment. The view of the sea from the windows is an added bonus and the proximity to the beach and the town is another. We would certainly recommend it to others.

9 Tage in Broadstairs

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Appartment "Seaview" in Broadstairs sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und zum netten Ortszentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Bars nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Hervorzuheben ist auch die nette Begrüßung und das unkomplizierte EIn- und Auschecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great seaside location

Clean, well equipped property that the owners have set out (to the finest detail) to ensure a perfect family break. We wanted immediate beach access whilst being close enough to walk in to town if we decided to eat out - this was just about perfect!

Family beach holiday

Apartment very clean and superbly equipped has everything you could possibly need. Location great you walk across the road to access stone bay and 5 minutes walk into Broadstairs with shops , cafes , restaurants. We were very lucky with the weather but would highly recommend this property .
