Holidays2Granada. Our cozy Holidays2Granada apartments are located in the historic center of Granada. Right in the 'tapas area'. The building has a common use solarium terrace with spectacular views of the Alhambra.There is no better situation in Granada: The Albaizín neighborhood is less than 500 meters away where you can enjoy its typical Andalusian and Moroccan streets and buildings called 'Carmen'.

Description:

Double room with double bed, a complete bathroom with shower and glass screen, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to spend your stay with us: microwave, kettle, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. Living room with double sofa bed and flat screen TV.Pets are welcome with an extra charge. Pet kits are also available.Wifi is included. Air conditioning and heating in both living room and bedroom.Parking is available with an extra charge of 20 euros / day.

The cot has an additional cost of € 5 / dayBaby kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs € 10 / day.

Check-in hours are from 15:00 to 21:00. Check in can be done with a code at the entrance of the building.Refundable deposit upon arrival by credit card. A wonderful place to stay in Granada!

This was a wonderful apartment in which to stay while we were in Granada! The location was perfect to be able to walk just about anywhere and it felt like we were a part of the city and not just "staying in a place." The rooftop terrace has incredible views so be sure to spend time on there.

Corporate Style Apartment in Heart of Granada

We were pleased with this apartment. It was very modern, clean and centrally located. We were steps away from great restaurants, the central Tourism office and transit. That's important -- being close to the bus that takes you up the very long hill to the Alhambra is a big plus. Also, the view of the Alhambra from the shared rooftop was a highlight. Do note that it is shared...we mistakenly thought we had a private terrace.

Excellent location, amazing rooftop terrace with views; apartment did not match photographs

Good communication with property manager. Online checkin requires a lot of information that we completed well ahead of our stay, making the actual checkin day seamless. We spent a lot of time in the rooftop terrace having coffee, wine and enjoying the views of Alhambra. My main issue was the apartment did not exactly match the photos in the listing.

Nos gusto la sensación de amplitud que da, los techos son muy altos y el espacio está distribuido y decorado de tal manera que pese a no ser muy grande da esa impresión. Respecto a lo demás, el apartamento es bonito, limpio, con aire acondicionado y equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días (cafetera, tostadora, secador de pelo, tenderete, plancha, etc.)

Just an okay apartment in beautiful Granada

The check-in process was disastrous. After booking only one apartment, I was told that I couldn’t get the code/key information for the apartment until I paid for an additional two apartments. Their (a corporate business 90mins away from Granada in Malaga) records were incorrect and after 2 hours of back and forth communication and 1 hour before check-in, they recognized their mistake and remedied the issue. This is an unnecessary stress for any traveler and the guest shouldn’t have to reach out for help like this but rather a more professional approach is needed, especially when charging $500euro for 4 nights. Furthermore and completely unacceptable, when we arrived to our apartment, it wasn’t the apartment listed online. We contacted the agency and they placed us in another unit within the building but again, though this was an slight improvement, it wasn’t the listing we had been presented online or agreed upon. The “upgrade” was rundown, all silverware, plates, cups, etc had to be thoroughly washed before use. The beds, bedroom air conditioner, furniture and lighting need a serious update. The shower drain is totally clogged and within 2 minutes of showering, you’re standing in an ankle high flood, which when wet and soapy, is incredibly dangerous. The problem here is that you’re not renting from an individual owner who loves to share their home but a corporate agency completely out of touch with the condition and needs of the apartment. The pros of this apartment: location! Within seconds you have access to countless restaurants, cafes, groceries, and walkable to all major tourist spots. The apartment also has a shared rooftop equipped with tables, chairs and loungers which gives a wonderful view of Alhambra and town. We’d recommend Granada and Albaicin to everyone but unfortunately not this apartment, unless some serious love and care are provided to improve the renter’s travel experience. If you do rent from this location, we’d suggest that you avoid apartments 1A and 1C.

El apartamento está en una situación perfecta para visitar Granada. El suplemento por mascota es de 30 euros, lo que nos parece una auténtica pasada, pero aceptamos. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión, a pesar de que tuvimos un problema con la puerta de entrada que no se abría con la clave proporcionada, nos enviaron a una chica para abrirnos y darnos unas llaves.

Ubicación delujo para ir de bares y a los sitios andando, para llegar la primera vez está un poco chungo infórmate antes tema coche o déjalo en un parking privado y andas un pelin, el apartamento está bien y limpio. Y malo es que te hablan demasiado a tu número personal para pedirte cosas y se te hace pesado.

Well located, but small dark apartment

On the positive side the apartment was clean in a good location in town and quiet. On the negative side Online check in was very confusing and time consuming. The apartment is dark with few windows.. The kitchen is very small and and rather poorly equipped. There was no ice maker or even ice trays to make ice. There was no rack for drying silverware. There is a small washing machine for clothes but no dryer and no place to hang wet clothes, so one day we had wet clothes hanging from every available spot in the apartment . The air conditioning worked well however there were no instructions and it took some time to figure out operation on our own.

Apartamento muy céntrico en una buena zona de ambiente nocturno y restaurantes, se puede ir a cualquier sitio andando. Como punto negativo, uno de los atractivos del piso es la terraza con vistas a la alhambra a la cual solo pudimos subir una noche ya que el resto de dias estuvo cerrada con llave. Nos comunicaron que llevaba varios dias cerrada por la policia pero habia botellas de agua, ceniceros y bolsas de patatas que indicaban su uso. El apartamento en si esta bien, aunque falta de limpieza en algunos muebles.
