Villa Aroma welcomes you to the buzzing holiday rhythm of Agia Marina, one of the most well-known seaside destinations in Crete, known for its lively atmosphere and long sandy beaches. Villa Aroma is located just a short stroll away from the beach and a number of shops, restaurants and daily amenities. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of a touristic resort when you feel like it or just unwind in one of the two private pools!

Layout

Villa Aroma covers a total of 350 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 bedrooms. The newly built property is constructed using high quality materials, giving it a contemporary look, while its unique architectural design really sets it apart. Its light, airy interior offers spacious living areas, designed to maximise your summer experience, from sliding, floor-to-ceiling glass doors to cosy, comfortable furnishings and natural colours.
Lower Floor:





One of two private entrances opens to the lower floor pool terrace and lower level of the villa, providing direct access to outdoor spaces.On this level guests can find an open plan room featuring:




- Secondary Living Area: Spacious living area with a corner sofa, 55 smart HDTV with Netflix, PS4 gaming console, and access to a large pool terrace with an outdoor dining table.




- A secondary fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter, designed for convenience and additional space.
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage column, outdoor access with patio furniture, A/C, 43 HDTV, closet, dressing table, safe, suitcase stand.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage column, outdoor access with patio furniture, A/C, 43 HDTV, closet, dressing table, safe, suitcase stand.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds (can be joined to form a queen upon request), en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage column, outdoor access with patio furniture, A/C, 43 HDTV, closet, dressing table, safe, suitcase stand.
- Bedroom 4: Two single beds (can be joined to form a queen upon request), en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage column, outdoor access with patio furniture, A/C, 43 HDTV, closet, dressing table, safe, suitcase stand. This bedroom can be connected to Bedroom 3, making it ideal for families.

- An additional veranda offering unobstructed views of the sea and surrounding area.

Pool 1 (Lower Floor):
- 60 m2 private swimming pool (1.35 - 1.55 m deep), perfect for cooling off under the sun with 8 comfortable sunbeds and 4 umbrellas for relaxation.
- Outdoor shower.
- Corner sofa by the pool for relaxation.
- Lawn and flower areas, ideal for children to play.
- Fully equipped gas BBQ and a dining table for 12 guests.





Pool 2 (Ground Floor):
- 30 m2 elevated private swimming pool (1.35 - 1.55 m deep) with stunning views with 6 single daybeds (can be joined to form 3 double daybeds).
- Stylish veranda offering direct access to the main living room.
- Ping pong table.
- Dining table for alfresco meals for 12 guests.
- Private entrance to the lower floor and pool terrace.





- Private parking space for 3 cars with a gate.







**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
