The apartment is located in a residential area right next to Avenida Diagonal, within walking distance of Paseo de Gracia, Rambla de Cataluña, and Las Ramblas. The neighborhood is also filled with a variety of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.

- Additional charges:
* Barcelona City Tax: 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights. Kids under 16 are excluded from this payment)
*Late check-in fee of 30€ after 9 PM and 60€ after midnight.

- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighboring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any time of the day. Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in immediate eviction from the apartment.

To get from the airport or the train station to your apartment, you have several options: Take a taxi to the address of the apartment, take the Aerobus which will drop you off at Plaza Catalunya and from there take the metro to your apartment, or arrange a transfer service with our Concierge team.

Please note that the apartment does not have a reception in the same building. Therefore, we kindly ask that you contact the check-in agent once you have landed at the airport or your train has arrived at Sants station to confirm the exact time to meet at the apartment.

If you arrive early in the morning, we can offer you the option to stop by our office and leave your luggage in the free lockers we have available for you.
