5 double bedroom Art Deco Villa by the sea with a hot tub

we would like to welcome you to our lovingly restored Art Deco villa with direct sea views literally 3 mins walk to the sand and sea on Palm Bay beach in Margate.
We have the bonus of a heated outdoor pool (heated between April and september) a hot tub included within the price between October until the end of March, a Dry sauna and every amenity required for a luxurious stay by the sea.
We have three double rooms one with an en suite and a king sized room on the first floor, along with a wet room, a separate family bathroom, and W.C and a further double bedroom on the ground floor, along with a downstairs W.C. we have a large family kitchen with two ovens a hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need. our dining table comfortably seats 10 and we have a high chair if needed.
you can relax in our sea view lounge, or in our patio view lounge with views of the pool. or on our balcony to watch the amazing sunset . we have a lovely English garden with patio areas, two places to dine and an area to BBQ. Towels, bedding and beach towels are all provided

Please note: the pool is only heated from the beginning of April until the end of September weather permitting!

Fantastic house

The house is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, and wonderfully decorated. The pool and outdoor area was perfect, lots of different seating areas for relaxing and eating al fresco. Cannot fault it in any way. Easy to walk into Margate, 10 mins by car from Broadstairs. Lovely beaches to walk to - Botany Bay is a must. 5 STAR!!!

A wonderful find!

This house was really stunning - so different from the usual holiday houses which can be quite bland. Beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view of the sea. The pool and sauna are a real treat and as we were lucky with the weather, we were able to truly make the most of the pool! The house was spotless and provided all the simple basics - washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, foil etc. The owners were prompt to answer my messages both before and during the stay. The walk into Margate along the coast was about thirty minutes. This place is a real gem and perfect for a large family get together!

Superb 2nd stay in Palm Bay !

Our second visit at Twixmas for our extended family- such a beautiful house and every detail is taken care of by the hosts. Stunning

The property was stunningly beautiful had all the amenities you could imagine and more. Champagne in the hot run on my birthday then when the weather turned we could enjoy being inside before a bracing walk on the beach. Fantastic views across the bay and a short walk into town for a delightful meal.

Beautiful!

Wow, from the moment I saw the house I knew it would be perfect and it did not disappoint. This house is absolutely beautiful, every single part of the house is luxurious, so much so we are sad we had to leave.We loved the heated pool, chilling in the hot tub and the sauna but most of all the view in the evenings out at sea! This house is just stunning and in a lovely area. Lastly contact with the property owners was excellent, Alan and Bill are so lovely! Don’t hesitate to book this property, we are already wanting to go back and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you

We had a wonderful long weekend at this amazing property. The hosts, Alan and Bill, were so good, their communication before going and during our stay was perfect and answered any questions we had. Deco Villa

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious, well decorated and provided everything we needed for our stay and much more. It was in a good location metres from the beach and within walking distance of the high street. The kids and adults enjoyed the games cupboard which kept us entertained in the evenings. Would highly recommend to families as a place to stay.

Spectacular stay with family in Palm Bay

The property is amazing inside and outside. Plenty of places to go although we spent a lot of time by the pool and in the snug. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. My bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony is just wonderful. Who needs to go abroad :)

Wonderful house in a perfect location.

We have just had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous house. Beautifully decorated, very clean and very well equipped. The sea views were amazing and it was an easy walk into Margate. We are a family ages ranging from 17 to 83 and everyone loved it. The swimming pool and sauna were a great bonus. I would totally recommend this house to anyone. Thank you Alan and Bill.

What a delightful find. This property is beautifully curated, like a love letter to Art Deco, and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Including warm pool, great views and plenty of parking. A great base for exploring Margate and Broadstairs... although you may not want to leave the house!

Weekend with friends

Spent a lovely weekend at the house with a group of girl friends which is a fantastic position overlooking the sea. Perfect for long coastal walks. We didn’t leave the house much as too busy chatting and catching up. If the weathers good it has a beautiful garden with pool to use. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic family gathering

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 10 plus three grandchildren. The rooms are spacious, homely and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked, including two ovens making cooking for a large family very easy. We made good use of the heated pool and relaxed in the sauna. The garden is beautiful with some hidden treasures. We fully recommend this gorgeous house. Alan and Bill we’re fantastic hosts so we’re hoping to make this an annual event

Fantastic house

Our second stay at the house, and we enjoyed it just as much the second time round! Brilliant location, with great walks in all directions. And an equally brilliant location for staying in and looking out onto the water when the weather is less amenable! Everything in the house has been put together with such love and care. And - unlike many properties - there were plentiful supplies of everything, so you didn't find yourself buying dishwasher tablets or bin bags after the 2nd day of your stay! Communication from Bill and Alan was very prompt and responsive, and they could not have been more welcoming. We are definitely looking forward to returning again!

Fantastic stay

What a fantastic house! We had a great week at Alan and Bill's. The house is in a great location just outside Margate, a few minutes walk to a small quiet beach with a couple of cafés close by, with nice walks along the coast towards either Margate or Botany Bay. We were a family of 3 generations ranging from the age of 4 into our 70s and the house had everything we needed. The pool really made the holiday and kept the kids entertained for hours. Alan and Bill were great hosts and at the end of a phone should we need anything. We would highly recommend staying here and will hopefully be back.

NEW YEARS EVE GET AWAY

The house is amazing and everything there you could need. Our only criticism would be that maybe 'The Wet Room' could just have a normal shower in and another toilet, as only one on 2nd floor for possibly 6 people & maybe a mini sink put into existing toilet. However overall, it was a fabulous house to stay in for NYE and decor gorgeous. Thank you

Magnificent Margate weekender!

From the very moment we booked communication was brilliant. Alan and Bill very kindly offered an early check in on the Friday/ late check out Sunday which we all really appreciated and made the most of our annual sibling get together. The house is gorgeous - views from the front of the sea and it's just across the road from a lovely sandy beach which our son loved! The house is decorated throughout in art deco style and it was very impressive and beautifully done. There's so much space to use, we loved the big dining table for our meals and games night. The bedrooms are all spacious and it was all very clean throughout. Even though it was pretty blustery my nutty family used the pool (it was heated luckily!) and everyone loved the sauna. There's loads of kitchen bits and it's close to a big Tesco/ Aldi. You can also walk into town along the front where you'll find a play park/ Dreamland and some cafes. The beaches really are beautiful and I would highly recommend coming to stay for the weekend, you won't regret booking! Thank you Alan and Bill for your hospitality and generosity, it was really appreciated.
