Njut av Grapevine Downtown bara några kvarter i vårt klassiska historiska hem med 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Detta nyrenoverade hem är perfekt för familj och vänner eller affärsgäster. The Grape Escape har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet bara ett par kvarter från Esparza's Mexican Restaurant, Homestead Winery och alla aktiviteter som Main Street har att erbjuda. Det är mycket lätt att komma åt mitten av handlingen på Main Street. Njut av alla specialevenemang som Grapevine och DFW har att erbjuda.

Vi har just ombyggt vår historiska bungalow från 1949 med all ny elektrisk, VVS, VVS, toppmodern apparater och möbler för att passa våra gäster. Detta rymliga hem är super mysigt och har en vacker skuggad trädgård med ett däck som är perfekt för underhållning i trädgården. Vårt kök är i lager och alla sovrum har nya madrasser och sängkläder samt smarta TV-apparater med kabel.

Great stay in Grapevine

This was our second stay at this property. This time, we stayed for two months and liked it as much, or more, than our first stay. The location is top notch - walkable to Main St, but the updates that they’ve done to the house also add to our enjoyment of the property. We would definitely rent here again.

Great location in Grapevine

We spent a month in this house and loved every minute of it. The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked, and the location couldn’t be beat. We were there during November so we walked the few blocks to Main Street daily to see the Christmas sights. We were even able to use the kitchen in this house to host a full family Thanksgiving dinner - something i could not say about many of the VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. We had no regrets about staying here.

Grapevine historic district gem

The beautiful home had everything we needed for our wonderful 1 month stay. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen, and an excellent location in the Grapevine historic district.

Perfection

I rented this home for my parents to visit and stay nearby our home for a month. It was the perfect location. They were nearby us but in their own space and able to walk to so many good places. It really gave them a short vacation and escape while visiting family. The owners were responsive and the home is in an adorable and safe neighborhood.

Winter Home

This property meets my needs perfectly. I spend most of the winter there and it is very comfortable. The best part is its location and close proximity to Grapevine's Main Street and all of its amenities. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Wendy is quick to answer questions and offer solutions when I need any thing. I look forward to staying there for many more winters.

Perfect VRBO

Winter Home

This home in the Historic District in Grapevine, TX fit my needs perfectly. It was close to family, and a short walk to Main Street and all of its amenities. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and great for walking. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished, with a great kitchen, and the backyard space was good. My 10 week stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to going back next year. Thanks for a great experience!

Charming property in historic Grapevine

Wendy (and Tim) were very easy to work with. We had some issues with TV reception and Tim came over the same day to install another antenna. I had to get back into the property after checking out, and Wendy was so cooperative. Overall, a very good experience!

Great location!

We were in Grapevine taking care of family business, and I could not have picked a better location. Walking distance to Main Street (and Esparza's!), plus off-street parking. Everyone in my group commented on how comfy the beds were. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the DFW area.

Great comfort in Grapevine!

If you’re visiting Grapevine, this home will suit all your needs perfectly. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood a short walk from the Main Street where all the action is. It was very comfortable with all the amenities one would need and then some! There was also a fantastic playground just around the corner that my 5 year old enjoyed immensely. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns you might have. We made some great memories this weekend!!

Great Texas Get-Away

The Grape Escape offered a wonderful venue and home for the final leg of our snow bird adventures for 2018. After 2 months in Florida, we were thrilled to find this home exactly as represented. . . except, it is actually larger than it appears in photos. This house was clean, comfortable and conducive to having the grandchildren visit. I love that it was walking distance to almost everything--Main Street, my granddaughter's school, the neighborhood park, the Cidery and the Brewery and many restaurants. I even walked to the Rec and the library. And, as many times as I've been to Grapevine, I finally got to see Nat and Willy--four times!! This home felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for both bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the closets a good size. Wendy was very attentive in answering any questions we had during our stay. We are hoping to come back in 2019.

Great location; charming, roomy home

We spent two weeks in this home in Grapevine ' s historic neighborhood within walking distance of Main Street. Enjoyed using the kitchen and eating outdoors on the deck, walking to restaurants, shops and wineries while visiting with friends and relatives. The beds are comfortable, too. If you cook a lot, may need to bring your favorite herbs and spices. Thank you, Wendy!

The GRAPE Escape is a GREAT Escape~

This cute little bungalow is bigger than it looks! Bredrooms are VERY comfy, living room cozy and kitchen has all you need! My two adult children and I came for three days of work. It was so nice to come back to a home rather than the hotel...we made dinner the first night and watched a movie before signing off to slumberland. The tea and coffee assortments in the morning were nice too! Definitely staying here again!

New Years Eve in Grapevine

We stayed 6 nights at this adorable home centered in the Christmas Capital of Texas, Grapevine. Its a perfect location, recently renovated and offers everything a family would need to settle in and enjoy the location. We were visiting family for a wedding and had a wonderful time in the region, albeit the cold weather took some getting used to!!. Thanks to Wendy for hosting us, checking in during our stay and being so welcoming.
