74 Charlestown Road is a delightful, Grade II listed cottage in the village of Charlestown in Cornwall. The property has three bedrooms - two doubles and a single- sleeping 5 guests. The property also consist of a family bathroom with shower over bath, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there is roadside parking available, as well as a front and rear enclosed lawn garden with seating. 74 Charlestown Road is a fantastic base for a holiday to south Cornwall and the surrounding heritage coastline. Note: During UK School Holidays property only accepts bookings commencing on a Saturday. Please note: The property only accepts 7 night bookings during July and August. Please note: This property only accepts a minimum of 3 night bookings outside the months of July and August
Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, under counter fridge and freezer. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV in lounge and 2 x TVs in 2 bedrooms, and WiFi.
