The apartment is divided into two rooms. one with a double bed and the other with two 90cm trundle beds. Both with hot/cold air conditioning. The living room has two areas, one with two large and very comfortable sofas with a Smart TV and free WIFI, and another dining room with a high table and chairs for eating and having breakfast. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer and we provide soap, shampoo and hand soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, vitro, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, electric water kettle and everything you need to eat and cook.

The neighborhood is wonderful. It is located less than 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Malaga and about 10 minutes by car from the center of Malaga, Calle Larios. In the same street there is a supermarket and many shops as well as restaurants and bars. It is about 5 minutes from the Automobile Museum.

Many buses stop in the area that take you to any part of Malaga. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center.

CHECK-OUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entrance hours are as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but when it is ready, we notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
