LA CAMBRA CASA RURAL 5* & Spa
La Cambra is a beautiful 19th century house, located in the charming village of Potries (Valencia). It was restored in 2019, highlighting the combination of laminate and micro cement floors, wooden beams, exposed stone walls or the magnificent tiled and stone pillars.
It has been awarded the Compromiso de Calidad TurĂstica and Bioscore Sustainability seals. Its 8 photovoltaic solar panels, with energy storage, increase its energy efficiency.
A 140 mÂČ house, for 2 people only.
The space
- The house is on the 1st floor. An open space that consists of a bedroom, a kitchen, a dressing room-bathroom, a living-dining room and a room that we call infoteca, where the users have information about the different cultural and natural spaces of the region, as well as a small creative library, with books related to photography, travel, permaculture, etc.
- In the middle of the house, there is a four-sided wood-burning fireplace that heats the whole house.
- 59" (150 cm) electric projection screen + portable projector with a multitude of on-demand streaming entertainment apps (Filmin free of charge).
Services and common areas
- Independent access where you will have at your disposal the entire 1st floor, consisting of the house and a large terrace. No communal areas.
- Electric bicycle rental service (80 km range), fully equipped (panniers, helmet, etc.) and with geo-referenced cycle routes.
- Wine cellar service, with a gourmet selection of wines and cavas with Valencian Community Designation of Origin.
- Free private parking service for motorbikes and bicycles.
- 70 m2 terrace with: garden furniture; ornamental plants; urban orchards with seasonal vegetables and aromatic and culinary plants, available to guests; relaxation area, surrounded by edible fruit trees (apples, pomegranates, pears, grapes, oranges, lemons,...).
