Perched on a hillside of the south coast of Rethymno, just 4 km away from the famous sand dunes beach of Agios Pavlos in, Kumo Villas sets a perfect example of minimal design and form, while providing all contemporary amenities to the modern traveller. The newly built complex is consisted of 4 private Villas, located in a privileged location, enjoying breathtaking, panoramic views of the southern Cretan sea. Kumo Villas is the tranquil haven you have been looking for...escape reality and unwind away from it all!
Layout

Kumo Villa I is a ground floor property, covering 110 m2 and able to accommodate up to 5 guests in its two en-suite bedrooms. The south-facing facade is made of floor-to-ceiling glass panels, blurring the boundaries between the inside and the outside, by wrapping the interior in panoramas of blue sea, sky and the horizon. Branded, quality furniture and decor (Flos, Baxter), as well as the industrial-inspired palette (with black, white and grey colours) create a beautiful living space capped by sweeping views across the landscape.

Interior

The main entrance welcomes you to an open living space featuring the living room with a cozy sofa, 43 HDTV with Netflix, A/C, Marshall bluetooth speaker, PS4 gaming console and the fully equipped kitchen, with built-in appliances, island counter and indoor dining area. The living room and both bedrooms, open the interior out to the private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace.

Two bedrooms with 32 HDTV, A/C, suitcase stand and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin are also available. One of the bedrooms offers a king size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and access to an adjacent space, with seating area and celestial window that helps to flood the space with natural light, as well as a washing machine and clothes dryer. The second bedroom features two single beds (which can be joined together to form a king size bed upon request, 1,80 x 2,00) and also communicates with an adjacent area with celestial window, offering exercise equipment and including a treadmill, free wights, kettlebells, mats and a stepper.
Exterior
However, what you will love more in Kumo Villa I is the outdoor space, which enjoys unobstructed sea and sunset vistas, that will take your breath away. The whole outdoor area is surrounded by stone walls, covering 200 m2, offering 100% privacy to our guests and it provides a variety of facilities and relaxing areas, which include:
- A 35 m2, private swimming pool, 1.50 m deep, with ladder access. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating has to be used for your entire stay and it requires at least one weeks advance notice).
- The outdoor area is complemented by 3 pergolas that provide shade and allow guests to kick back and unwind. The exterior offers a hammock, hanging chair, outdoor sofa, outdoor lounge area, 2 sunbeds, a double day bed and an outdoor shower.
- The outdoor dining area and cooking station with a portable electric grill, electric kitchen burner and outdoor sink invite you to enjoy an unforgettable al fresco dining experience.
- The Villa has its own entrance and private driving lot with space for 2 cars inside the Villa premises with a gate.

?mportant Accommodation Notes:

* Kumo Villas are not recommended for children under 6 years old, as there are not suitable safety measures for small kids.

* To reach Kumo villas, you will cross a small dirt road which is rocky, so it is recommend that you rent a Jeep-like type of car or SUV. Also, the rural area around the Villa can be better explored with such a car (normal cars can access it as well, but they have not to be low).

* We kindly ask all our guests to respect the tranquility and quietness of the area, as well as their neighbours.
* We highly recommend taking advantage of the pre-arrival grocery delivery to the villa (grocery costs not included) as the nearest grocery store is quite a distance away. This service ensures that your essentials are ready upon arrival.

Regarding the location, I would like to let you know that the villa is located in Agios Pavlos area and just 450 meters from the Villa, within walking distance, there is a beautiful rocky cove where you can go swim, as well as the small beach of Aniforas. Also, the famous sand dunes beach of Agios Pavlos is only 4 km away. In the village of Agios Pavlos guests can also find a traditional taverna and a mini market and its also famous as a meeting point for yoga workshops.

Einfach nur WOW!

Wir waren schon oft in FerienhĂ€user aber noch keine war so top wie diese. 10/10 Sterne. Die Villa ist Ă€ußerst ordentlich gepflegt und wird 2 mal die Woche grĂŒndlich gereinigt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und die KĂŒche ist auch mit sehr vielen Utensilien sowie MarkengerĂ€ten, GewĂŒrzen, spĂŒlmaschinentabs etc. eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal verlief einwandfrei. Man erhielt per whatsapp binnen 5 Minuten eine sehr freundliche Antwort. Es waren noch andere GĂ€ste in den anderen Villas und wir haben nie jemanden gehört. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen, was uns aber nicht störte da der Ausblick und die Ruhe einfach einzigartig sind. Wir sind dankbar fĂŒr diesen unbeschreiblich tollen Urlaub und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder :)
