Villa Tomeu is located in the quiet and sought-after Siller area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, as well as the shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. This lively tourist centre offers a wide variety of restaurants, many with panoramic sea views, as well as an extensive sandy beach overlooking the mountain slope. The villa, in turn, enjoys spectacular views of the nearby mountains and offers a private pool, ideal for relaxing, and a cool and colourful interior that creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms, as well as Wi-Fi access, are included, ensuring your stay is comfortable throughout the year.
The villa is terraced, but has a private and closed entrance that provides exclusive access for your car, should you decide to rent one. The main entrance is located at the front of the house, providing direct access to the spacious and bright interior.
The living area is spacious and filled with natural light, with patio doors that open onto a covered terrace at the front of the house, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The living room has comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, offering an ideal environment for relaxing. An arch connects the living room to the dining room, which is furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people, creating an open and cosy space to enjoy meals with family or friends.
On the other side of the hallway is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals. It also has a small breakfast table for more informal meals. The kitchen includes a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle, which will allow you to enjoy a worry-free stay.
The villa has a master bedroom with a double bed and two additional rooms, each with two single beds. These rooms share the facilities of a bathroom and separate shower, both perfectly equipped to ensure your comfort. The three bedrooms are cosy, well-furnished and have ample storage space, offering a quiet refuge at the end of a day of exploration or relaxation.
The villa's south-facing orientation, along with the private circular pool and spacious terrace, ensures excellent sun exposure throughout the day. If you want a break from the heat, the outdoor dining area is covered, providing a cool and shaded space to enjoy your outdoor meals. It also has a brick barbecue, located next to the terrace, so you can enjoy delicious outdoor grilling while relaxing in the garden.
Air conditioning is available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, allowing you to stay cool during the hottest hours of the day.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 ⏠will be applied during office hours and 75 ⏠outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 ⏠will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
