Ny avslutad renovering - Den uppdaterade lÀgenheten Àr vÀl fördelad och har underbar utsikt över White Wharf och mot Bearskin Neck för mÀnniskor som tittar pÄ. Det Àr vÀldigt mysigt och ligger mitt i hjÀrtat av Bearskin-halsen! En kort promenad till motivet eller till Front Beach. Kaféer, gallerier, restauranger och Shalin Liu Performance Center ligger bara nÄgra steg frÄn ytterdörren. WiFi och en TV utrustad med Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.

Det finns ett litet kök med spis, kylskÄp, mikrovÄgsugn, handfat och disk. Badrummet har en duschkabin. TvÄ sovrum

Det finns bara tvÄ steg för att komma in i enheten. SÄ det Àr mycket tillgÀngligt för dem som inte vill klÀttra upp och ner för trappor.

Den frÀmre uteplatsen har nÄgra sittplatser och ett bord för att njuta av naturen medan du njuter av skönheten runt dig. Och till höger Àr White Wharf bokstavligen nÄgra steg bort.

Great place in the heart of Rockport!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rockport! The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of everything. I was initially a bit concerned about parking, but it turned out to be no issue at all. The place was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for out family of 4. We'd gladly stay here again on a future visit to Rockport.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the location was fantastic! We could walk to everything in town. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner works well, but is located in one bedroom, which makes it not as comfortable for the people staying in the second bedroom.

What a treat. Perfect location to pretty much everything. Food, shops, and beautiful views. Parking is tricky, but we figured it out and did just fine. As an added bonus a film crew was building a film set directly in front of our unit. We even had the crew walk in on us one evening. They told us our unit was to be in the film

A beautiful long weekend in Rockport

The property was as described and fully met our expectations. Matt was responding promptly to our inquiries. We loved being within walking distance to points of interest. Although the property is located right in the middle of the most touristy part of a touristy town, things quieted down in the evening. We slept very well and had no noise disturbances, although we were there on a weekend. While the bathroom is small, it is fully adequate. The property was clean and comfortably furnished.

3 Day Rockport Stay

Great location right at the beginning of Bearskin Road. Great walking distance to all of the shops. Quiet area and enjoyed sitting on the little porch for coffee or light suppers. Rental is beautifully furnished with everything you need.

Perfect Stay!

We couldn't have asked for more charming accommodations during our Rockport stay. The cottage is located in the heart of Bearskin Neck, allowing us to sit on the front patio and enjoy the sunsets and the nearby guitarist. The house stayed comfortable and cool even during the heat wave. The bed and pillows were also comfortable.

The house was very clean and centrally located in the middle of everything. The host was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. Such a cute and quaint little town and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Rockport
