The Villa consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two twin beds, that can be converted into one double if necessary. The living room area, which consists of two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, helps you relax through your stay. In the same area there is a dining table with seating for 8 people, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities you may need for a comfortable and easy stay. This level has direct access to the pool and the main terrace, offering breathtaking sea views.
The Villa has been furnished in luxurious and contemporary style. With a capacity to host 8 guests, this beautiful villa is ready to welcome you!

At the outdoor area there is an infinity pool, offering a unique experience of swimming while gazing at the amazing sea view. Also there is outdoor furniture with pergolas and shaded areas. This will be your favorite spot at this villa!
The entire property has been crafted to help you relax and refresh yourself through your stay.

Fabulous Villa

What an amazing the villa. The views were stunning and the villa had everything you could need. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The air conditioning was greatly welcomed. Irene was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. The basic essentials were left in the kitchen along with some of Irene’s own olive oil which was delicious. Highly recommend

Outstanding villa

We had a superb week at Villa Ariti. The outside space is stunning - pool, areas for eating & sitting & a panoramic view of the sea. Our main memory of this holiday is watching sunsets with a glass of Cretan wine. The house is modern, well equipped & everything worked well. It is one of 3 together but completely private. Irene, the owner, is lovely & very helpful. There’s a very good restaurant 2mins walk away - on our first night they delivered a takeaway. A couple of practical points. You need a car - we initially arranged this for a few days but extended the hire. The local beach - which we preferred to the more famous ones on that coast - is too far to walk to. The local supermarket is very good but only just walkable in the heat. The main supermarket at Kissamos is 15mins drive. And if you like wildlife, there are peregrines swooping nearby & occasional vultures. Brilliant all round.
