Villa Nogués, with capacity for 10 people, is a charming village house that offers comfortable and modern accommodation, ideal for enjoying memorable holidays. Perfectly situated, it is just a short walk from the charming beaches and services of Cala San Vicente. The nearest restaurant is just across the street, making it easy to access delicious local cuisine. Additionally, two popular fish restaurants, known for their fabulous paellas, are just a few steps away, near the beach. There is also a very practical mini market that provides everything necessary for your stay.The interior of the house is modern and spacious, designed to provide comfort and relaxation. The living room, bright and airy, features high ceilings and a flat-screen satellite TV. Doors leading to the patio allow natural light to flood the space and offer direct access to the pool, connecting the dining room with the outdoor terrace, creating a perfect environment to relax.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals during your stay.Villa Nogués has 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant rest during the hot summer nights. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, while the other four bedrooms have two single beds. The villa has a total of 3 bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.To enjoy pleasant summer nights, the villa offers covered terraces where you can enjoy a drink or dine outdoors. It is also the perfect place to relax with a good book during the day. Additionally, the villa has a small but charming pool.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

This is a very nice house with a fantastic location right in the heart of Cala San Vincenc - there are 5 bedrooms downstairs, 2 have in suite bathrooms, and 1 other bathroom. AC and a washing machine downstairs too. Upstairs is a small kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and nice big living/dining room with a big built-in couch for probably 10 people. Beds are comfy and rooms are nice. Its across the street from a restaurant but has double glass so pretty quiet.Outside is a nice but small and clean pool, an outdoor eating area, and a bunch of loungers for relaxing. Our kids loved the pool and it was great to take a dunk in it after a day at the beach. It also has a grill so we were able to cook outside a couple of evenings. The place is a perfect location 2 or 3 blocks from the small beaches of Cala San Vincenc, and very close to restaurants, bookstore, etc downtown. The hosts were very communicative and check in/out was easy. I will note that the kitchen was almost empty and the tools (pots/pans) were not great for the luxury price that was being charged. Also, minimal soap/toilet paper etc was provided so be prepared to bring everything you need, despite the high price.Finally, we had an electrical problem for the washing machine, and no hot water our last day (a leak in the hot water heater that we alerted them to but did not hear back on the sunday).Overall a wonderful place to stay and both kids and parents had a great time. it is a bit expensive but very nice.

Villa très sympathique avec un emplacement parfait pour rayonner. Grande et spacieuse la villa pourrait avoir un petit rafraîchissement ( entourage piscine, légère fuite dans une douche). Pour le reste tout était très bien.

Villa Nogues was comfortable, spacious and easy to find - only a 5 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach. We planned to do a lot of our own cooking which we could do, but you need to bring everything with you, eg oil, salt, pepper etc. The villa had a lot of towels and the pool was very nice, however some touches such as soap and spare toiletr roll in the bathrooms was missing. At the time we went, there wasn't lots to do in the town but it was peaceful and felt very safe. Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had a power cut, subsequently setting the alarm off and sent a technician to sort out an ants nest. Overall, a lovely stay.

Well located house

Well located house. More than enough space for 10 people with a nice pool. 10 min walk to the local beach. The kitchen was well equipped, however it can get very hot since there is no way of cooling while cooking. The rooms were a bit out of date, however having 4 bathrooms is a big plus when staying with 10 people. Everything was clean upon arrival and the staff was really responsive. The value for money compared to other accommodations is outstanding. Only thing I can confirm is the mouldy smell coming from the basement as I think the pool pump and filter is located down there.

Gute Basis für große Gruppen oder Familien mit guter Lage für Strand, Bus, Restaurant, Supermarkt

Die Villa hat eine gute Struktur, die Schlafzimmer sind ordentlich, die Badezimmer zweckmäßig. das Wohnzimmer ist entsprechend groß und gemütlich. Die Küche hat alle sinnvollen Geräte und einen Abstellraum. Der überdachte Außenbereich ist gut vor Sonne und Regen geschützt und der Pool ausreichend groß und das Wasser sauber. Abends ist der Außenbereich und der Pool schön beleuchtet. Zum nächsten Restaurant muss man nur über die Straße gehen und die Bußhaltestelle ist genau vor der Villa. Im Wohnzimmer steht eine vertrocknete Pflanze und eine alte unansehnliche Stehleuchte. Es gibt einige Lampen, die einen defekten Stecker haben, diese sollten entfernt bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig, der Kühlschrank für 10 Personen allerdings etwas zu klein. Die Polster im Wohnzimmer und im Außenbereich haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Türen sind vlt. typisch für Spanien, aber eine Katastrophe für die Ohren. Öffnen und vor allem das Schließen der Schlafzimmer-Türen ist ohne lautes Schleifen oder knallen nicht möglich. Das gilt auch für die auch für die Küchenschränke. Hier würden Dichtbänder oder Gummipuffer schnell für Abhilfe sorgen. Die Haupteingangstür außen kann nur mit großem Kraftaufwand geschlossen werden, da die Tür stark verzogen und das Schloss schwergängig ist.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist schön groß und hat viele schöne Aufenthaltsbereiche. Der Pool war klasse. Unter den fünf Schlafzimmern gibt es ein Prachtzimmer, zwei haben ein eigenes Bad. Die Küchenausstattung war eher dürftig, wurde auf Nachfrage aber umgehend ergänzt. Einziger Negativpunkt: Mehrere Lampen funktionierten nicht, was im Sommer wohl kaum auffällt. Im Oktober fehlte uns das Licht aber durchaus. Die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist aus unserer Sicht ein Pluspunkt.

La casa es muy funcional, tiene una ubicación excelente, y cada rincón de la casa tiene su encanto! Puede ser que una limpieza cada 3/4 días en estadías largas podría darle un plus a todo el paquete que ya es excelente y hacerlo superador.
