The hosts and owners, Christos and Liletta have traveled extensively. Christos is a retired IT Professional and Liletta is a Professor at the Univ of Athens. Both have international experience and education. They speak fluent English and Greek and they will welcome you in person to deliver the keys. Their commitment to hospitality shows in the effort they put in their property. They will be readily available to make your stay a memorable experience.

Spectacular views, central location with walking distances to most places of interest in central Athens. Spotless cleaning and high health and sanitation procedures. Stylish flexible non-imposing accommodation. Laptop friendly set up with 2 desks, ergonomic chairs, printer, scanner and high speed internet, (WIFI and Ethernet). The veranda, with comfortable outdoor furniture, is by far the highlight of this penthouse. ".. a great way to get out without leaving home...." kindly said by a recent guest. HEALTH & CLEANING. The house is sanitized and thoroughly cleaned at least 48 hours after each guest departure. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol.
o We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
o We use cleaners and approved disinfectants (DALCO 100)
o We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
o We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
o We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
In addition, all towels and linen are professionally cleaned, sanitized and delivered in sealed bags. Apologies for this but guests will have the burden to lay the bed sheets and pillow cases themselves from the sealed bags.
