Swedish Idyll

This 200 years old authentic house has the old charm and details but with some modern comfort in place. Original handblown windows, stonewall, flagpole, greenhouse and a henhouse without hens.

The house is located between an open field and forest. There are no direct neighbors but next to a road and only a few hundred meter to the next house. 6km from the highway and 12km from the village of Falkenberg and the ocean.

The entrance floor has an open floor plan with hallway, sitting room with a desk, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and master bedroom that has the full bathroom connected to it.
Upstairs has interconnected rooms starting with a small sitting area followed by a single room with a 90 cm bed. The next room has a 140 cm bed in it as well as toilet and sink (please be aware that it is only one full bathroom with a shower, located at the ground floor). The last room is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed in it.
The garden is approximately 1500 sq. m. and has some tables and chairs as well as a greenhouse with sitting area for two people.

The place has calming vibration.

It is necessary to have your own means of transportation to stay here.

- No pest are allowed.
- Minimum age 7 years.
- No smoking inside the house.
- No parties.
